I haven't read the entire thread but has there been a timetable set (beside saying soon) and has anyone officially interviewed yet? It can't be good for recruiting waiting.

I don't want it, but dumber things have been done. If I knew the real decision makers, I would have more confidence, but since the Order of the Golden Dawn is in charge here, I can only worry.

I think Gus is aware of the recruiting crunch and this will be pretty quick unless the candidates smell rats from a sinking ship and decline like the DC search seemed to go last year.

I feel like there's no way you push Rhett out unless you have a pretty specific person or set of people in mind. You start the process of replacing an employee before said employee leaves (when they're being asked to leave). If that's the case I can't imagine this process drags on unless Gus' plan falls apart or he's turned down by the people he's targeted, which could very well happen.
