I agree. I think Etheridge even started out at Western Carolina.

Agreed. I think Trovon has a ton of potential and down the road could be a great coach, but that would be a crazy big jump for him. I would guess he will stay in his current role for a few years to recruit and learn, and then be sent to a small school to cut his teeth.

Matt Zenitz
@mzenitz

Auburn is expected to hire Mike Hartline as an analyst, sources tell @on3sports.

Hartline, the brother of Ohio State wide receivers coach Brian Hartline, was an All-SEC QB at Kentucky and has been the offensive coordinator at Ohio Dominican the last three seasons.

Only concern would be lack of college coaching experience/recruiting

I’m just glad to be targeting NFL coaches instead of high school coaches for a change.

Zak Hill resigns over NCAA findings.

We dodged that bullet.

Ahhh even Boise boys can be bad....

Flad we didn't go that route, and if it was our CD, kudos for doing their job...

I wonder if Harsin wanted to interview him and was told no...? That is the history i remember.

I assumed he interviewed and was a serious option to get background checked. Regardless, more great work by compliance
