Anybody else think K-Mart looks small in the Ole Miss footage?

*maybe just me, but he looks a heck of a lot smaller than KJ. I wish M. Miller would get it together because he is a big bodied back. Maybe Boobie steps up or Asa shows out. I think K-Mart is not the every down back. Again, just my from the couch opinion.

I think I’m starting to believe this now too. I don’t get worried as much about him getting injured, those can be flukes a lot of time. I’m just worried about breaking off first tackles, and putting your head down and getting 2 yards when the defense sells out the run. That is really where KJ shined. He was so good at making the first guy miss, giving a stiff arm, and getting 3 yards out of nothing.

I think Kam can break off plenty of 10 yard runs when there is a hole, but would also have more negative or zero yard runs. I really hope Boobie balls out and we can sprinkle Kam in for 10 runs a game.

And that’s all he is...

Depending on how the position is filled, it wouldn’t really surprise me if Harold Joiner joined the group full-time.

That’s probably because he was a lot smaller than KJ, especially last year

He was probably 25 or so lbs lighter than KJ last year. If he is up in the 195 range like they say he is now, he will be fine. Won’t be a bruiser but there have been plenty of backs that size that have handled it.

I’ve watched him a ton. I wouldn’t say he is actually soft, but he he definitely runs softer than he should for his size. He is fast and agile so it’s not like trying to juke and run around people was a bad idea, but at the next level he’ll need to learn to lower his shoulder more.

I can hear it now. The first time he runs it 20 times in a game.
