Bruce’s comment about the last play:

“I probably should’ve called timeout once I saw Florida back off,” Pearl said. “I was thinking if they overplayed Wendell (Green), we were gonna throw the ball to Walker (Kessler), hand it off to Wendell, and let him get downhill. But they kept everything in front. Yet and still, Wendell in the middle of the floor, Walker rolling to the rim, and shooters spread out. If we complete that last play, Walker catches it and dunks it, and I look like a genius.”

I was screaming to call a TO after WGJ passed halfcourt and it was obvious he was panicked. Bad coaching for first time in a while on Bruce.

You definitely can’t pin the loss on Flanagan, but given the comments we’ve heard, it was kinda going to be a two man game with Green and Kessler. Everyone else needs to keep their guy out of that space.

UT goes down to Arkansas. So essentially we have to lose 2 of the last 4 not to win at least a share and UK to win out.

UK has to go to Bud Walton next Saturday. It will be bonkers in there. Arkansas has to be closing in on a 4 seed by now.

Well then it’s a good thing we aren’t playing in the NIT

Let me clarify that then. We can't play away from Auburn Area.

UT just lost by 10 at Arky. Hard to win on the road in league play. We looked good in the Bahamas when most of these guys had barely played together at all.

Missouri, Georgia, Arkansas, Florida. Last 4 away games we have looked horrible. 2-2 and probably should be 1-3. Could have easily been 0-4.

The way I see it the Arky and Florida performances weren’t even close to horrible. The Georgia and Missouri performances were less than stellar though. It’s HARD to win road games. We’ve got a couple more chances

Look at Kessler

Ughh. Wendell was trying to be a hero (again) or panicked, but either way his eyes were straight down.

Silver lining, if we are gonna have a streak of bad games, it's good to have them now, than later.

shite, I'd have rather KD running point, and just driving the lane! Probably get fouled, at worst.

Watching the team come off the court for halftime, you could see Bruce saying something to him.

That was tough to watch.

Late game I'd rather KD have the ball than Green. I would also rather lose with Jabri missing than anybody else.

Yeah it was tough.
If I remember correctly it took a Chuma Okeke 3 against Georgia late February to kickstart our great run. We still need a kickstart but it can happen.

Yeah that was my takeaway. In a situation like that I want KD with the ball. Best case was probably us going coast to coast after the rebound but Kessler struggled getting it to a guard
