Exactly which is absolutely amazing to consider when you look at the way their fans are acting. Lol

Kent State is really our only "bad" win.

Please read with O&B glasses because they were used when typing this post:

In the preseason, Florida was the second to last question mark game for me, and I think we win now.

If we do in fact win, all of a sudden, 9 becomes the hard floor with Arkansas, Ole Miss, and Samford left, and the ceiling possibly shooting to 11.

Things can really escalate with a win Saturday!

Florida is huge now. I we can win, our schedule actually sets up pretty nice for the finish, with LSU, UGA and Bama spaced out between Arky, an off week and Samford.

Florida is fool’s gold. They are an average team that everyone thinks is an elite team. We will win handily and everyone will think it was an incredible win, but by the time the season is over, everyone will realize it wasn’t as big of a win as initially thought.

Can we talk about Trask? Is he dual threat?People want to talk about Joey but Trask didn’t start in HS at all after his 9th grade year. Joey at least rotated.

So, I’m so supposed to believe Trask is some savior of the UF program this season and he couldn’t even beat out Franks?

Franks was never that impressive to me, but Trask will be better but hasn’t started since 9th grade?

He’s a redshirt junior apparently so he’s not exactly young also. I’m sure Florida is hoping for safe and efficient. If this game was at home, I’d say we win by 3 touchdowns.

My question wasn’t about age, it is questioning the talent level vs Franks who has been underwhelming as their QB.

It goes hand in hand. I’m saying he’s an older guy that could’ve already GTed out after Franks was named starter if he wanted to. As you said, Franks wasn’t all that great but won out over Trask. It’d be different if Trask was just redshirting.

I think we are a better program than UF right now. I think we have better talent in the right places. My biggest issue is playing a 3rd week in a row in a big game. Gus needs to keep them motivated and on their game. No let up

I'm going out on a limb. Just because everyone else is picking 24-17 type of scores.

AU 44
UF 21

AU dominates the game and CFP playoff talk starts. We get more than 3 AP #1 votes next week.

I'm with you. All these "models" are based off a stable process, and AU historically (good/bad) is very unstable. Thinking rout....35-13ish heading into qtr # 4, and that is what really matters.

Also, AU fans will complain about the officiating.

24-10 Auburn. It is going to be a close one in first half but I think Gus suffocates them with the run game late in game.

I am hoping for a 2006 Florida type game from the defense, lots of turnovers. I watched Florida highlights against TN and Trask throws a lot of 50/50 balls that I hope our secondary capitalizes on. I haven't been this pumped for a West vs East game in a very long time. This has got old school written all over it.

Would be a great game for a defensive or special teams TD
