Our ST have been awful under Freeze. Making Burns an OTF assistant was supposed to help this. I’d love to see our return:penalty ratio.

So is Ryan Williams. Plenty of true freshman WR's play and play well. He was one of the top guys coming out of highschool. We should be getting more out of him at this point in the season. Other than a couple deep wide open catches, he has just been missing in our offense
