I’m not going to take a dump on Nix this game. He had multiple drops and that’s on the WR corps.

Or maybe you just have no idea what the hell you are talking about.

You are very emotional. Are you male or female?

And Shivers gave up on the ball...knowing it touched his hand

That falls on Shivers to make SURE he covers that ball.

He's been around enough and I think he is a captain. He knows he should have gone back and downed it.

To not go back and allow the officials to possibly give that to OM w/ a TD would have been devastating.

How did we fall so far so fast on the DL? We went from playing 10 a few years ago to not even being able to find enough warm bodies to play a base defense for more than a quarter. I like RG and if anyone on the staff deserves a pass it's him but running off Coe and Miller doesn't look to have been a good decision. Some kids just can't be rode all the time and by all accounts he doesn't know any other way.

I agree but how do we know RG “ran off” those guys?

Every player that leaves is not on the coaches.

To me, our entire defense has regressed. Tackling is even bad now.

We are really feeling the loss of Derrick Brown. He was a once in a generation guy for us. Made the entire defense so much better.

Then take out run off. We still went from having 5 and 6 interior DL to barely having 2. It all starts up front

Our Run defense is what bothered me.

I didn't expect OM to gash us for so many rushing yards. I noticed our base D a lot of the time was 3 DL and ofc the runs outside were gashing us.

To have our safeties/CBs to have 31 tackles tells me our front line was getting pushed back, and at times our LBs too.

We missed KJ stuffing the middle. Pappoe is doing the best he can, but he is not tackling until a good 5-8 yard run.

Council I feel is out for the year with a knee injury. We will know more by Tuesday.

I think they were hard to stop because of qb running ability.

Running QB’s are still a thorn in defenses side. Which is why we should have never gotten away from that.

It’s just a guy who can screw everything up defensively. If you can’t recruit at the highest level, a running QB is very helpful. .

Brown coming back last season with Davidson was a huge get and had us set up to be a real contender. All we needed to do was develop a 6'4 250 lb QB into a serviceable SEC QB. We failed.
