We are #331 in experience , #321 in continuity which is how many minutes playing this year played last year

Other than Kentucky, pretty much no team is a NCAAT team

I'm disappointed with the result tonight but not surprised. UGA owns us in every sport and I'm used to it by now

We aren't gonna get a better coach. We aren't gonna get better players. I'd love to see us make an NCAA tourney run every 3 or 4 years. I don't think that's too much to ask.

So our NCAAT path is expected to be

RD1- Missouri (unless Mizzou wins LSU loses SAT)
RD2- UGA (unless UGA losses & Vandy or OM wins)
RD3- Kentucky

GA was 15-16 from FT. We lose by 1. Hope all the good luck breaks we've not used this year come in spades next year.

I hear you. Plus this team never got any better all year. Been saying it for a month. They play exactly the same as they did at the start.

The only thing that got better this year was the expectations on this board

Offensively, it is very clear that we improved throughout the year. Not sure how you can this

Defensively we stayed pretty garbage

ETA: Defensively we weren't awful except for rebounding. Ogbeide had 10 offensive rebounds

There is no doubt we got better offensively. Maybe some didn't hit open shots at the same % as earlier in the year (Purifoy), but we started moving the ball a lot better.

Defensively we may have gotten worse. It also hurts that there has been more and more film on us each week, so teams were able to scheme against us.

Playing abysmal defense in the second half every game, missing free throws, and rebounding like girls isn't bad luck.

This is false. They improved a lot up until about the end of January.

So Purifoy just retweeted a tweet about him not touching the ball on the final play and bs playcalling. While I agree it was a BS play, it's not a good look for a player to retweet that.

Purifoy needs to grow up.

Heron should have been the primary on the final play and Purifoy secondary, but you are right, he can't be so immature. Might be part of the reason he wasn't trusted with the ball.

Someone needs to tweet at Danjel JJ Frazier's stat line with a picture of his sleeve on.

No discipline / accountability. You can tell by the lazy arse passes and the bonehead mistakes they make on the court.

If Pearl can tighten up the defense and rebounding we can win 21-22 games next year.

Was Heron even in for the final play? I feel like he was on the bench. The announcers were saying they thought that Lang or Dunnans would take the final shot and I'm just all if either of them touch the ball it will be the most ridiculous thing in the world.

I was wrong earlier on SECT bracket projections

Should be

RD1 - Mizzou
RD2 - UGA
RD3 - Arkansas
RD4 - Winner of UK/Opponents

How RD1/2/3 opponents may change based on Thur/Sat games

- If UGA wins, RD 2&3 get locked in but

RD1 Alternatives
- LSU (w/ Mizzou win + LSU Loss)

RD2 Alternatives

-Ole Miss (UGA Loss + Ole Miss Win over SCAR)
-Vandy (UGA loss + Ole Miss loss)

RD3 Alternatives

-SCAR (SCAR Loss + Arkansas Win)

We're lining up with the teams we want to avoid.

UGA, Vandy, Ole Miss possibility in round 2 is ugly
