have watched part of season 2 and all of season 1. It's such a heartwarming show. It's impossible not to root for them.

Prime Video will become Diamond’s primary partner through which customers will be able to purchase direct-to-consumer access to stream local Diamond channels. Customers will be able to access all local DTC content, including live MLB, NBA and NHL games, and pre- and post-game programming, for the teams for which Diamond retains DTC rights, through Prime Video Channels. Diamond said additional details regarding pricing and availability of its RSNs via Prime Video will be announced at a later date.
So yeah...still gonna have to pay extra. Interested to see how this is going to go and how much it will cost. When it was going to be Bally (without mlb) charging for access via the app the sports south and southeast were going to be separate charges which screws braves fans since games are basically 50/50. Again though that access directly through bally didn't include the Braves to my knowledge it always required the cable package for Braves for whatever reason.

I have officially survived and progressed through the holidays. For christmas I got myself an under the desk walking pad/treadmill thing. It got here Saturday and I've been walking on it since Monday when I started back to work for the week. I've hit 18k, 9k and (as of currently) 12k steps so far since having this thing. It's going to be a game changer.
I did go a little hard on day one, and my hip flexors are feeling it, thus the dialing it back on day two but that's fine. I've just been setting the speed to anywhere from .8 - 1.2 and going about my work. When I feel like it, I'll bump it up to around 3 for 30 minutes or so and then take a break for a few hours and get back at it in the afternoon.

Still pushing through the holidays. Things have slowed down a bit but are still going in the proper direction so I'll take it. Ready to get back to some normalcy though.

Is that the dude talking about how awful USC is playing and how they can get right back in it, and not giving any credit at all to Auburn?

Nice weigh-in this morning. Haven't hit the 250s and not sabotaged myself in a long time. Feels good to keep the momentum going.

my walk to the gym requires me going down two flights of stairs to the basement and I think the mailbox may be 15 steps total  I get what you mean though, I have to ask my wife to not put in pick up orders to walmart specifically so that I can go inside to help me get steps in when I go to the store. Working from home makes some things easier, and some things more difficult. I've taken to marching/walking in place sometimes but I often wonder if that actually counts for anything at all since I'm not really moving.

I got a standing desk that I'm using at home a couple of months ago and I'm hoping to add a little treadmill to go under it for Christmas so that I can start increasing my steps throughout the day. Getting in a 30-45 minute walk each day is great, but if I can do that + walk and work at the same time then I think I'll be able to easily get to where you're at on the steps per day thing without feeling like I'm having bail on work to make it happen.

Made it through Thanksgiving- never over ate, got to enjoy some pecan pie and ice cream, some fudge from the candy shop and probably a little too much whisky to drown my emotions after the Auburn game  Either way, I was out of town again for 4 days and still weighed in the same as I did before I left.
I did miss my Friday workout, but I was staying at my mom's and didn't have a way to get it in, but I guess that happens occasionally. Either way- for the first time in a very long time I feel like I've had a successful Halloween + Thanksgiving (Halloween and candy used to be the start of the death spiral of eating during these last 3 months). After today's weigh in I'm feeling really good.

Went out of town for the weekend and stayed with the in-laws up at the lake. First real test of my eating outside of home in some time and I came home weighing in at the same or a little under compared to the few days before. I also came home and had about 5 shots of whiskey (via mixed drinks) throughout the afternoon yesterday, which was the first time I've drank anything in nearly 3 weeks. All in all, I'm happy with the results- especially given the pies and smores and things like that which were extremely plentiful over the weekend.
I'm starting week 13 of Greyskull this week, my squats are hitting a wall, but each time I've failed a squat session I've done the workout fasted which has just killed me. Friday's workout was pure shite. I'm trying my best to increase my protein intake to see how much that will help with this wall I'm seemingly hitting at the moment since I don't think the weight I'm using is enough that I shouldn't be blasting past it even eating in a deficit at my size.
Either way the beauty of Greyskull is even with a reset I still work my arse off going to failure so I don't sweat the failures too much and I feel like the deloads give me an opportunity to work on my technique some and build back up with the little tweaks I make.

I've lost plenty of weight before drinking diet soda, I was just using it as an example of how I just simply don't crave the things I did before. I've replaced that with nothing but water for the most part now. I have zero doubt that sugary foods were an issue, that's why I'm so excited not to be craving them for once in my life

My doc started me on some medication that seems to have completely wiped out my cravings, and especially cravings for sugar, and thus my binges. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now and haven't had any issues since. I've gone from drinking 3-4 2L of diet mountain dew a week to not even getting through 1 of them in a week. Things that I'd normally snack on (peanuts for instance) that would last 4-5 days have lasted 3 weeks. I've never in my life experienced food where I can actually eat a little bit of it, enjoy it and let that be it. It's very strange (in a great way).
*ETA* That obviously wasn't the main reason for the medication, it was simply one of two that he wanted me to try out to see if it could help me out with my weight loss as I'd gone about 2 months of working out + walking etc with extremely limited results, but seems to just be kind of a side effect.

making a return visit to the thread where I disappear out of shame
40 years old these days and I'm actively working out again in the basement. I'm 3 months in to starting Greyskull from scratch (empty bar on everything but deadlifts) and have just been progressing up so as not to hurt myself. Been trying my best to get in 8-10k steps a day with a 30-45 minute walk 4-5 times a day.
I've always had issues with binge eating that seems to derail my efforts of things and I think I've got some of that under control and I'm hopeful for the future of this journey. Glad to see this thread still going strong!

Hugh talked in a presser about how hard they've been working on Hunter with his patience and that it's been paying off big for him with the big runs he's been getting. So I'm sure it's on purpose most of the time

I'm glad to see Jarquez coming around, because earlier this year I didn't think he should be starting the way he was playing vs some of the other guys.

I've watched a good bit of Bauer's YouTube channel over the recent months while he's been in Japan. He legit seems like he works his arse off all the time (never been a complaint against him, other than wanting to do it his own way) He seems extremely intent on helping all of his teammates with their mechanics/pitches when they ask for it, and seems like a pretty chill guy. It seems like he's matured a good bit from the bullshite of his past and I would love to see the Braves go after him. I think the biggest question is would the team allow him to actually continue doing all his YouTube vlogging that he seems to really enjoy.
And now that everyone knows the entire thing with that chick was bullshite means that he's going to be back in the MLB sooner than later, imo.
