Well you had better close your eyes. I pull for the program. Not the coach. I hate the slimy POS coach and always will. But just as I did today, I will continue for the program to do well

You are just reaching. Stop trying to bank some kind of credit. Ive been off the Hugh train for a long time and I have not hid it. I will continue to be off the train. Dude is not the coach for us dude. It is easy to see. I wont give up on Auburn bacause of a bad coaching hire. But I will have the opinion that he was a mistake hire

Lol. If we don't it won't be because he didn't try. You'll hear our name in the ring for every big name. Now if they choose us that's a different story.

So what is his selling point to a good transfer QB next year?

We are a 3-9 team with a new offensive line so come on in and help us? Oh yeah, we have a 5 start QB on the bench will we are paying a shite load of cash for to play in the future.

It is his job to decide on the QB position and make the appropriate adjustments.

Yep. Hugh will be here next year no matter how much anyone wants to bitch and moan. I’d like to see what we can do with a QB that doesn’t overthrow a 6’5 TE with nobody with 10 yards of him, by 20 yards. I blame Hugh for that being our QB, but good lord what we could do with anything average.

Yeah, Im inclined to agree. I’d like to see what Freeze can do with a good recruiting class and another year, assuming a solid QB is procured. Freeze has stated that our QB next season is not currently on the roster … dunno how much of that is ‘cruitin’ talk or if he’s counting on deuce.

I thought Freeze identified the QB we needed, and we got significantly outbid for Ward. It happens. But who would predict that our OL and QB would both regress in 2024? That’s a bad sign.

Is deuce the answer? …. dunno. He’s got the hype and we’ve got a good recruiting class inbound.

We need a kicker … high priority

This is so dumb. We'd have to pay them but they would come.

Play him the tape of the first half of the season and tell him with you we're undefeated going into the georgia game. It's pretty simple fr.

You believe that but you don’t know that. Dont call people dumb when you are speaking speculation just like I am. I can make my case why people won’t come just as easy as you can say, pay them.

You’re a genius there.

But if your hot take is to fire 2 coaches in 4 years - you are not logical at all.

That’s where I’m at

I’m not happy with him but we really don’t have a choice but to suck it up and hope he can improve next year. This season is lost

Show him a bag of cash and videos of Cam Coleman behind the defense being underthrown by Thorne.

Calling on firing 2 coaches in 4 years is a bad move, with the way we're currently recruiting.

He better be prepared to drop some major cash for a qb. And to be honest I don't think he will

I have no idea why he is so averse to spending other people's money on a QB.

At this point I want Hugh to make a sizable donation to the NTY collective and then use that money for a QB. Make him have some skin in the game.

How the hell did Miami do that? No way Miami should ever outbid Auburn

Depends on what you choose to look at. Its easy to see he's been a monster on the trail and that his offense works when he's calling it with confidence.

If Hugh was fired today it would be 3 coaches in 4 years. Malzahn was fired in 2020.

He is shopping well

His offense has been a total failure. Two seasons. It has never shown any signs of being effective against anyone but cupcake teams. And not good against all of them. His failure to compete in his own home stadium, which was a hard place to win, it just baffling

But furthermore, his overall coaching has been horible. Time managment, people managment and play calling. Plus he has acted like a total careless tool

This is just flat out wrong. PT threw for 200 yards and a td and had another drive taken away from him by a good throw straight through cams hands against arkansas. And then againsy oklahoma they played a damn good game against a defense full of nfl draft picks and Brent venables.

No doubt. He'll cost us games here.

Dude, when throwing for 200 yards against Arkansas is your good game, things have really fallen off.

That is a slippery slope. Do you know how many times the receivers are saving his arse? Today he would have not even had a TD pass if Fairweather had not came back and picked one up off the ground.

Hugh had OU beat and once again, let them off the hook. He doesnt not seem to know how to finish games he is leading in the 4th quarter.

Which is a bad thing for a head coach at a SEC program.

I would take Muschamp right about now.

Anything beats Hughey.

He has completely lost his marbles.

Just goes to show that when you have a chance to take a top QB transfer you do it.

It was in one half. Didn't think I had to say that.

I'm just talking about that one game. PT played surprisingly well. He might've been turning a corner. But then the pick six happened and the rest is history.

Yep it concerns me no doubt. I said the day of that game that it was on him. It's very apparent he has one way he likes doing things. Live or die. But sometimes people live. If gus's zone read or die offense took us to a ship I think hugh's rpo or die could as well.
