Nobody disparages Avatar. That show is awesome. Even if it is a cartoon, its story and character development is top tier.

I heard of the moive, The Last Airbender... it sucked bad. M. Night Shamalyaaya movie. Terrible, I hate to say.

The movie sucked, the show was well written though. M Night is definitely a mixed bag.
