Where are we at with Offord!

Saw a screenshot of Deuce reposting a tweet about Offord flipping to Auburn

Saw Fong said he thinks Deuce sticks with Auburn. Not that Ole Miss isn’t making a good push, but he thinks Deuce just legitimately wants to be at Auburn. So that’s good news to be reassured on.

Offers will be a fight for everyone until ink meets paper

Was thinking the same thing about the ULM kid. Pretty decent audition against a sound SEC defense.

What about Fluff Bothwell. Freshman at USA. 5’10 220. 650 yards and 10TD’s on 100 carries.

I mean realistically Deuce kept coming and flipped during a losing streak.. he had every reason not to flip if he didn't really want to be here. Money talks at some point, but I'm not too worried about him.

I know the staff worked on having a relationship with him last year in case he developed into a kid we’d be interested in later down the line. I know his family pretty well. I think he’d be open to coming.

Broderick Shull shot up the board on on3. 178 -> 38.
Every other Auburn commit dropped. Jared smith went from 38->120. Winters 79-> 142.

I think Shull has been high in the On3 stand-alone rankings for a while. He was a 5* at one point. He’s dropped from that just marginally

Edit: LINK /

Story from when he committed and was a 5* at On3

LSU just lost their QB

Does that move Auburn up to #2 in the rankings?

Yeah On3 have thought highly of him for a while. Rivals and 247 aren’t nearly as high.

I think Beach in is looking at the On3 individual rankings versus their composite

We talked with him a bit here and there, but I heard they didn’t think his top end speed was good enough for the sec.

There’s a whole new layer to recruiting now.
The recruiting staff will develop a relationship with a kid who doesnt quite fit in a class just in case he develops at a Lower level school.
So when it comes times to transfer you have a bit of a head start with them.
