Deuce needs to tell Freeze he is committed at the half…

Why? He’d still play trash Thorne.

I have a feeling we may lose a few already committed in the near future.

I don’t know how we sell a future vision when this is what we put out after multiple recruiting classes and even more portal cycles

Definitely much harder for recruits to overlook a poor product on the field this year as opposed to last year.

To be fair, Freeze has had only one recruiting cycle. He was hired a few weeks before signing day last year. That being said, the product on the field is hot garbage. Kids want to win.

He’s had one full class.

Y’all would be terrible recruiters.

If he’s selling what Faulk, Lew, and Kayin Lee are doing he can’t be pretend he didn’t have an impact on that abbreviated class

Why would he pretend he didn’t have an impact on that class?

He’s the only reason it wasn’t ranked any lower. Doesn’t change the fact that it’s not as good as it could’ve been if he had more time.

3 guys don’t change your whole program.

Damn even recruits are saying Freeze should’ve pulled Thorne out. Not a good look.

I swear it’s like these guys weren’t alive in 2010 or something. We of all people should know what 1 dynamic QB can do for you.

Recruit Reactions (Via Pink):

quote:

— WR, Sam Turner (Georgia Tech) – “Man, I’m at a loss for words right now. It was hard seeing that. It’s early in the season. Mistakes happen and they can shake it off. The atmosphere was amazing. That was my first time being in the stadium and I loved it. Just got to win the ball game, that’s all.”

quote:

— OT, Tavaris Dice (Auburn) – “Yeah, that was hella surprising, I ain’t going to lie. There were a lot of good things and bad things. At the same time, it’s the second game of the season vs. a pretty good opponent. They played good defense, but there were a lot of bad reads. We have a lot of games to go. I feel like we can evolve more throughout the season. I didn’t expect that outcome, but it is what it is.”

quote:

LB, Jakaleb Faulk (Auburn) – “My brother, he did really good. But, I was surprised about some of the decision making and stuff like that. The defense was pretty solid. They missed a couple of pass breakups and stuff, but otherwise we did pretty good. Offense, I feel like there were a couple of play calls and bad decision making that held us back a little bit.”

quote:

— 2026 LB, Anthony Davis – “It was a good atmosphere, good fans. The defense played good and the team played good.” I was (surprised) actually. I thought they were going to pull it off, but it be like that sometimes. It was good, but offense has to clean some things up and they’ll be good.”

quote:

— 2026 OL, Kail Ellis (Auburn) – “I think it was good for us honestly. After that big win last week, I think it was just good for us to know what we can’t do and build off of that. We (Cass) took a big loss last night, it’s just part of football. It’s humbling. This doesn’t affect me at all.”

quote:

— 2026 WR, Tristan Keys – I thought the atmosphere was great. They didn’t come out with the win, but you have good games and bad games. I thought they would handle business, but you know, it’s football. Things happen.”

quote:

— 2027 LB, Ellis McGaskin – “It was amazing, the atmosphere was crazy. The defense was crazy, they were very physical.”

quote:

— 2027 RB, Ezavier Crowell – “It was the best atmosphere I’ve been to in my whole recruitment so far. The white out and everybody going crazy.”

So are we to expect any commitments soon? Decommitments?
