AirBNB booked. No way I’d miss that game!
So stoked we got the matchup there!

Bruce's real reasoning for not signing the 13th scholly player is so fricking dumb.

Others that can handle all players and can handle the locker room win championships because they got Tobias Harris or someone elite versus a Lior.

Edit) great informative interview though

I can promise you if Bruce thought he could get a difference maker with the 13th spot he would

He strikes out there every year

Does every coach struggle filling that spot to the point of leaving it open?

Rhetorical question I know because many run with a full roster.

I agree the 13th guy probably wont ever have a significant impact unless injury until at least the next year. Interview regarding the philosophy sounded too much like a self imposed penalty then since it sounded non-advantageous when playing against other deep teams. Another management question mark is what if its the starter or player 7 that leaves, but you have player 13 waiting in the wings. Then you dont have to recruit nearly as hard for that player to step in. I dont have a good example for that but the depth could help in more ways than one. No matter what Bruce does players will still leave or get hurt. Aden and Tre left this year and they had key roles. Rylan Griffin left Bama for whatever reason. The portal really isnt compatible with the philosophy that Stephen talked about. Broome has been a blessing because he has stayed, but for the most part loyalty is unnecessary, so we just need to keep stacking and see how things shake out each year.

Another thing I didnt realize about sir Bruce is he will have 10 seniors on this team according to this interview.

Making it to the elite 8 or bust.

Jaylin Williams is getting tons of invites to workouts with NBA franchises. No guarantees, he will likely go undrafted, but there's a path for a guy like him to find some success in the league.

Switchable defender, capable shooter, good athlete, unbelievable teammate.

There are few Auburn hoops alums I'd want to see make it in the NBA more than Jaylin so I sure hope somebody sees it in him.

Jaylin also has backside shot blocking ability. Probably not the best rebounder but if he has a defined role and minutes I’m sure he can improve that aspect of his game. The offense on a pro team wouldn’t run through him leaving him the ability to be a screener, spot up shooter, help defender, and possibly an improved rebounder. Also if the true big is up top for a drive to take away the other teams shot blocker then JayWill at the dunker spot wouldn’t be a terrible option. I could see a team taking a shot on him. It is probably still a long shot at getting drafted but 6’8” dudes that can defend 3 positions, can shoot, and jump are always wanted in the NBA

I hope he gets a shot at NBA, but he could make some real bank in Europe.

NBA rosters are about a total of 450 men.

Is JW one of the best 500 players in the world?

What a shock...Bronny gets picked up by the Lakers as the 55th pick. Looks like dad is running the show for LA.

That could be a really good fit for him if he can carve out a nice backup role over the next couple years.
Looks like they only have 3 or so really athletic forwards so he could compete I think if he can make the roster

Not guaranteed deal but looks like it’s a chance to prove himself over the summer and training camp
