A couple clips on Instagram of Pettiford finishing over the top of Cardwell (who is in the upper echelon of collegiate rim protectors).. impressive stuff

I don't think it's a coincidence that there was video of Holloway missing a contested layup in practice yesterday circulating around twitter before this one got released

Just to clarify, if it is the same clip I saw, he didn't dunk over Cardwell, just made a very impressive, hard contested layup over him. Still a great play, especially given his size. I was confused at first when I read the post and was like god damn, Cardwell getting posterized?!?
He is looking fantastic in those clips. Playing very physical

I would say the opposite. Not sure UCONN would want to hire a guy who hasn’t won a NC and would only be there for a handful of years at best. I think they end up hiring one of the assistants already on staff.

They need to hire within.
It will be open season for any team wanting their players once hurley leaves while the portal is closed for Uconn. An assistant could stop the bleed.

Not sure it would make sense for Bruce to leave an already assembled elite roster to go to a place with higher expectations and a roster that could technically then all transfer out
