Looks like he will wear number 0 just like Demerits Robertson did.

Nice transfer pickup. Need another transfer WR going into the season as possible. Maybe an Edge rusher. Wouldn’t even mind a grad transfer running back to add to the roster going into the season. Maybe a player from a lower division with top end speed. Just need to get the roster around 82-83 players. I think the new guy makes it 79 players on scholarship

A 3 star backup WR who didn’t see the field for LSU is about to be one of our premier players on offense.

Man it’s sad to see how far this program has fallen.

Your looking at this so narrow minded.

You know LSU is a premier school w outstanding NFL caliber wideouts over the years.

If there is a stud WR and he plays in front of Coy, it doesn’t make him a scrub.
Also, he showed flashes of great play in some gsmes so he has shown he can play in the SEC.

He’s got 3 years of eligibility to improve his skills and if he somehow is good enough to start he,ll get even better.

So in a nutshell, on paper and in his bio he may be better than anything we already have and we need it.

I love how you make this comment and your name has Stidham in it. A transfer who hadn’t played a meaningful snap for over a year before he transferred in.

Yeah because those 5* WRs we signed under Gus really made an impact.

Huge update on 4* DT Jamaal Jarrett

Had a great visit to Auburn. His top 2 is UGA and AU and he’s coming back June 26 when his friend 4* DT Sydir Mitchell visits. Said he wants to work with Brumbaugh some more

Per Clemente/247

Big news. I could be mistaken but wasn't UNC considered the heavy favorite?

Will this impact NIL funding? Seriously, if the two of them come together it might take a sizeable loan to fund feeding them, thats a couple of big ole baws.

I thought so but that’s been a while now I suppose. He told Clemente it was UGA and AU.

He’s also close to Enyce Sledge

I wonder how hard Auburn is after him but I think he’s a take. I think they need guys like him if they want to sign like 6 HS guys this cycle.

4* LB Jaiden Ausberry had his official visit today. Here’s a quote:

quote:

They stand in a real good spot,” Jaiden said. “Spending a lot of time with them this weekend they really emphasized how much they want me and how it’s not just going to be the Ausberry brothers, it’s going to be Jaiden Ausberry and Austin Ausberry, we’re not a package deal and I really like that. So they’re in a real good spot.”

Sounds like Auburn has the right approach with him so far. I think the depth chart is an advantage too.

If people haven't figured it out yet, he is an alter.

ETA the next positive thing he says about Auburn will be the first.

Rivals has an article about Merklinger's visit here's a summary: He said it went great and he got to talk with Coach Kiesau about his fit in the offense he said he likes what Kiesau is doing offensively and thinks it could fit his play style. He said he will return to a game this fall

I think Air is our guy next year but Merklinger would be a nice option too
