Well now his father said he has not asked for his release.
It's Free Agency every year now with no contracts. Schools can't sue the players so they will have to pay as they go. The NCAA will have to allow player agents before long.

They will never be able to prove it anyways and surely not control it. But fans and even coaches will claim it every year.

Whats Vandagriff waiting on? Heck you are up by half a dozen touchdowns couldnt you at least let your backups for next year get a few snaps so when they are 80 years old they can say they played in the natty.
Its obvious he wont sniff the starting role for another two years, he bess be asking his mom to make a call since he isnt "officially" in the portal.

Wasting time… Vandergriff needs to realize AU would be an almost direct connect with a starting position

His dad is Jamie Howard. He was the LSU QB that threw 4-5 Picks (about 3 pick 6s) against Auburn in the famous interception game at Jordan Hare in the mid 1990s.
