Micah Mazzccua to Florida LMAO. Florida's On3 mod literally said that he wasn't sure if he'd pick Nebraska or Auburn, but it wouldn't be Florida

Let’s see if Freeze goes the Bert Biel route and tweets about NIL changing the game and we didn’t actually want him

Certainly the JC transfer OT can slide inside and take the other guard position. If we had to choose Im glad we got a center. Or certainly of the dozen or so kids on campus already cant we find one decent one to take the other guard spot?

Just need a QB and we will all be happy.

I’m not psyched with LB either but goddam, we’ve got 5 seniors there. One or two of them has got to just figure it the frick out

Joking aside, Tolan helps. Maybe we’ll add Austin Keys or wait until after spring

Former Walk on Auburn QB Trey Lindsey committed to Albany

I share because one of his parents shared this on rivals:

quote:

Thanks for posting this. We had a great visit to University At Albany last week, and Trey received a Full athletic scholarship. He also had a similar opportunity with University of Northern Iowa, but Albany was on him earlier, and he developed great relationships with several of their coaches over the last couple weeks.

Trey is very appreciative of all of the Love and Support he received from the Auburn family over the years. He gave Auburn all he had to give, and Auburn loved him back. Nobody loved the team or the school more than he did. He is an Auburn graduate and forever an Auburn Man.

I also wanted to mention that a number of Former Auburn coaches under Gus and Harsin were very helpful during the transfer portal process - Especially Coach Bobo. There is quite a network of coaches and former Auburn GAs all over who reached out to Trey or served as references which made his recruitment more eventful.

He will represent Auburn well in this new opportunity.

And by the way U Albany’s second game next year is at Hawaii……

I, for one, am very excited to see if and how many guys Freeze keeps taking. We’ll see what kind of killer mentality he has soon

247 description of Huard

quote:

Quick, effortless release, no wasted motion. Can make all the throws, equally adept at the deep ball while also delivering the short and intermediate throws with ease. Can run if needed but prefers to stay in the pocket and throw open receivers. High football IQ- can read the defense, get through progressions and deliver the ball. Excellent accuracy and able to fit the ball in tight windows. Has cut down on riskier throws from earlier in career. Excellent bloodlines- father is former NFL starter while two uncles also played quarterback at the FBS level, one a former NFL quarterback. Projects as an immediate Power 5 starter and future first round NFL draft pick.

Anyone got a bead on when the defensive lineman from the bluegrass state is set to announce?

Has Freeze ever signed a pocket passer? We all know what happened when Gus tried to go to a pocket passer when that wasn’t his type of player.

Dead period now but opens up for the weekend. Expect to visit a secret school (Bama) then make a decision. I don’t think anyone has a read on who leads.

Best guess biggest bag

Not saying Freeze can't be successful a pure pocket passer, but Kelly was a solid runner. He had 500 yards rushing one of his two years as a starter.

Good copy; thx.

I definitely wouldn't rule that out. Being that he is a senior if I'm not mistaken makes it tricky when it comes to the team with biggest need/best fit.
