If he really likes his 2021 OC then I guess he is headed to NC State.

That’s my take as well. Wonder if we are still pursuing Sanders as well. Last I heard our contact with him was called exploratory so don’t know if it progressed beyond that.

That’s not how the transfer portal works, my guy.

Exactly. Give me Ashford if that's what we're left with. He's not coming to ride the bench. Bet on UVA games a few times, and a few times last season. His decision-making is not fixable.

The guy who was running 4th string at Oregon and who would have been 3rd string here at AU behind powerhouses TJ Finley and Zach Calzada (had Calzada not hurt his shoulder hitting tennis balls lmao)?

The reality that some of you need to see is that even these "flawed" transfer portal options are probably miles ahead of Ashford, who only got onto the field because everything went wrong in 2022. And when he was on the field, he was pretty horrible by every actual metric.

Ashford was so useless as an actual QB that once Harsin was fired, they basically started running a 50's/60's offense with Ashford acting as a 3rd RB. Look at the stats, with Carnell as the HC Ashford had nearly as many running attempts as passing attempts. And even though we started running the ball with some success and him presenting a real threat with his legs, he was still hopelessly inefficient as a passer.

It's as if the collective AU fanbase has forgotten that Ashford is a 3rd year player who has spent his entire career battling just to be the backup to a starter at two different P5 schools. Yet I see people seriously asking if guys like Spencer Sanders are actual upgrades .

This has 100% been my way of thinking the whole time until someone mentioned this freaking guy.

Ellitor is one of my favorite all time posters but he struggled with taking things too literally. It was endearing mostly but also frustrating at times

Beach,

What Jonesy is saying is that Love is a safety....but most believe, because of his size, he is being recruited to be a linebacker at the next level.

KN posted Aldridge started following Michigan transfer LB Deuce Spurlock.

Someone in the comments posted he redshirted this year and only appeared in one game vs Hawaii, so he'd have 4 years left.

Pink also posted Aldridge started following Austin Peay LB Joshua Rudolph who's originally from Montgomery ( Park crossing).

He has offers from App State, Indiana, AL State, Marshall, Troy, Arkansas State, and Liberty. He hasn't heard from Auburn yet but would be interested if they did.

Had 54 tackles last year including 5 against Bama. He's 5'11 230 lbs.

Pink also said LSU edge/OLB transfer Desmond Little who's from Vigor HS has interest in Auburn, he's 6'5 220 lbs. He reached out to Aldridge and Aldridge followed him on Twitter. He doesn't know if Auburn has legit interest but is looking to find out more. He'd have 2 years

Deuce Spurlock is an Alabama kid that Harsin tried to go after too late last cycle but stuck with Michigan.

You could easily make a 12 days of Christmas parody out of E.

12 wrestling references

11 this is hard work reminders

10 Prattville fight songs

9 I’m leaving, please miss me farewells

8 Weightwatchers recipes

7 small decks

6 porn sites minimized

5 minute long recruiting blurbs

4 cycles of recruiting

3 years before Jeremy Johnson leaves for the draft

2 Jang FU’s

And another long lost Aubie

Merry Christmas and a happy New Years!

Boy the pic from 247 vs his Michigan pic, looks like a young kid in one and a grown man in the other. See he put on 30 lbs and grew an inch.

One game as a senior in HS had 21 tackles, visions of Fast Freddie Smith...we could hope.
