Yeah but you’re being defensive af. Plus Notre Dame’s OL is stacked.

I don't think you understand what defensive means because nothing you said was taken as an insult lol. And I stand by what I said, people said Wade wasn't coming and he's here.

All I'm going to say is: Don't let one man dictate how you love Auburn. Be happy when something good happens, don't throw away the towel because of the hiring.

Either way, that's all I gotta say, cheers

I question how much of an impact some of these guys will have but it is certainly helps fill a need that has crippled this program for the last 4-5.
No coach we could have hired could have made up for the last 4-5 years.

If you loved Auburn you would be wanting the best for Auburn and not be wanting us to fire a good coach for one just because he looks like a saint.

Ok I thought for a while that you were just a virtue signaling vagina. Now I’m convinced you are trolling.

He bought some hookers. He didn't kill them. Settle down.

Unfortunately, I'm not trolling. If being wholly against a scummy borderline pedo man being the face of our university makes me a vagina well then...

In all seriousness I know there are other good folks on the board, most of you really. I'd honestly like to know how you rationalize it.

Totally agree. I don't think Hugh has blown any rational minds but he's certainly done well enough given the very limited time he had. Still need some impact LBs, another OL or two, and a QB to have any shot at doing anything next year but there's still time.

Here's the thing, in my mind (you obviously to disagree and are more than welcome to do so) the best thing for Auburn is to have a different head coach. As for needing a saint, I would have been all on board with Deion or Lane who both have their warts. I certainly don't need a saint but, again, Freeze crosses a line I can't overlook. The only other two guys I can think of I would felt similarly about are Urban Meyer and Bobby Petrino.

Shockingly, that's about #4 on my list of reasons for disliking him.

Behind...

1. Being a serial creep with middle/high school aged girls.

2. Comparing his self-inflicted trials to Jesus being put on the cross.

3. The whole phony religious Dabo Osteen schtick.

4. Hiring hookers.

5. Being dumb enough to hire hookers on his work phone.

6. Cheating his arse off while at an SEC West rival.

7. Being dumb enough to contact that Twitter attention seeker after everything he had already been through.

8.

Well, he's here to stay so why not go with the Freeze warning

He's shown us hope in recruiting and the staff, boosters, admins, and players are behind him. We're putting him on a tight leash, and I hope for the best

Isn't that the one that's all-posi-all-the-time, or gtfo?

The day Bo Nix signed I said in the signing day thread that there is no way on earth I would let my 5 star QB son come sign with Gus Malzahn. I said there is no way he would get the development that he needed to get to the next level.

One mod almost banned me… another told me that I needed to find a new site.

Jang was there. He saw it happen in real time.

It’s easy to rationalize, Hugh fricked up at OM got caught, there are currently coaches all over the NCAA doing the same thing they haven’t been caught. Also Hugh has been issue free since he got back into coaching at Liberty. I’m 50 years old and understand that people make huge mistakes. That does not make them irredeemable. I’m sorry some people can’t understand that and want to cancel someone for things that happened years ago.
