Along with all the other obvious issues, I really don’t like the way Shorter fights on those throws in the end zone. He should be bullying DBs and have good position.

No writing him off at all. Just saying if we are going to give another QB some playing time to strengthen our team, it should be Holden and not Robby. We know exactly what we are going to get with Ashford. Giving Holden a chance and some significant playing time with the 1's is just a smart move. Especially for depth
We really have no idea what we have in Holden yet. We really need to know that

I agree that Holden needs to be the next QB off the bench this game. We’ve already seen what Robby offers and outside of a few specific scenarios I think it’s clear that it’s not much. Let Holden get some quality reps, that way if Thorne goes down you have someone actually capable of running the full offense.
