I don’t understand why we’d go after former LSU QB TJ Finley. I mean this is the year. Bo Nix has improved so much under this new offense. He's focused. He's having fun. I wouldn't be surprised if he's a dark horse for the Heisman.

Bo shared Finley’s announcement and said “Welcome Fam!”. Good to see

Good. Competition is great, and even if TJ doesnt beat out Bo he will push him to get better, be a great backup and be ready to take over when Bo leave. Finley still has 4 (5 if redshirt) years left, good pick up by the staff to fill holes.

Alan should maybe not talk football for a while if he can't see the benefit of having a Finley in the QB room and competition.
By the way

Yea Bo isn't dumb. He knows we need a more competent backup if nothing else for the season. I think Finley will absolute push him which will be good for both, and also gives us a QB when Bo leaves, if Finley doesn't win the job, and time to develop the incoming guys. Sorely needed.

The KN crystal ball continues to be one of the most reliable things in recruiting. All the twitter idiots wish they we're half as good.
Like other have said, this is a good pick up with pretty much no downside. We have a couple names we're after for RB so I would guess thats the next transfer we bring in.. Still haven't heard anything about the OL, just people we're passing on.

What happened last time we got a 6'5 + 250lb QB from another SEC school?

Just stop. They are nothing alike.

What is this even in reference to? KN predicting this YESTERDAY was hardly breaking anything. This was a complete non-surprise and has been expected.
Some of you just seem to see what you want to see.

One is a pocket passer and the other was a freak of nature. Let's pump the brakes

Our fans are broken from Cam. Every 6'5 QB has to be the next Cam.

I'm not guaranteeing anything I'm just saying how bad can it be getting him?
If the role were reversed would there be a reason to get excited about a transfer QB like Nix?
As long as he falls somewhere between Jeremy Johnson and Cam...or Nick Marshall, we got a decent QB

Edit- It wasn't really about them though. Just giving props to KN for being good at his job.
