Auburn is going to be the first team with 3X 1000 yard receivers and they will all be TEs

Think about it. Do you think we have the proper supporting cast in place for him to be successful? I am not talking about RB or TE

Dude, they are literally in the process of bringing in 2-3 transfer OL and will bring in at least 1-2 transfer WR's on top of that. That will happen regardless of whether or not Caleb Williams comes here, but if he does choose to come here, expect the hype surrounding him to solidify those decisions and probably ramp up interest from highly coveted players at those positions. You're talking as if we don't even have enough bodies to field a team around him.

It literally sounds like you came to some ridiculous conclusion and now you're trying to convince yourself regardless of what anyone says. "Yeah but the transfer OL aren't going to be from Alabama or the New England Patriots, so should we REALLY get excited?"

To answer your question bluntly; no, we're not going to say "golly gee thanks, but no thanks" to the best player in the transfer portal (at the most important position on the field) because our "supporting cast" isn't yet entirely solidified.

We are not getting CW. Doesn’t seem likely based on our trajectory and roster.

It would be a win to get Calzone and Brock and hope that one of them pans out.

Poker Dough seems to struggle with the reality that his thoughts are hypothetical in nature and can’t be proven or disproven.

It’s been a weird few days here. I’ll be glad when recruiting news picks up

I'm aware that what I'm saying is hypothetical, outside of stating someone visit, commits, etc 99% of what everyone says here is hypothetical or opinion. I think just about everyone here struggles to realize that.

You profound dumbass where did I ever say we should? I've stated multiple times today I hope we get him. And multiple times I hope we get players to surround him, or any other QB with to help them be successful. I'm guessing your argument sounded much better in your head?

We just offered 2022 Edge/LB Jack Pyburn. Kid is a late-riser who put up a huge senior season. Super physical kid.

Good! He had 15 sacks and 32 tackles for loss this season. He spent more time in the opposing team's backfield than their QBs.

Just looked and he says he does have some relation to Jim Pyburn. Love getting legacy Auburn players. They are great. Not that our whole team isn't great, they are the best as well.

I would take that all day! Has anything changed with Brock?
