For whatever reason it seems like Auburn didn't think Agbo could make an impact. That's really all we know. If they think that then there isn't a lot of use having another OL on the roster that can't play.
If that's the case, then fine.
From the outside looking in though, it looks like we need any talent we can get on OL. We haven't been lighting it up in past cycles at the position. And a 4* lineman seems like he should be a take for us to hit the field in a couple seasons.
Like I said earlier, I understand how the group is broken down with a bunch of guys leaving soon. And I grasp the concept of bridging the gap with transfers. At some point though, we are gonna have to make some inroads on the HS level with this group. That's all.

We know what the sonic boom is yet? The Deion flip or Auburn related?

Auburn up to 16th in the composite. Should move to 13th after Camden Brown announces in 45 minutes or so
We could very possibly fall back out of the 15th since M'ba wont count toward our total until Friday. Should be back in after that.
Still need to hear final decisions from 4* DL Khurtiss Perry and 4* WR Darius Clemons too. Just not sure anyone feels "great" about either

Okay, we get it. You are not pleased. But at a minimum understand the OL strategy we have been discussing for 11 months and accept it.

Do you also understand that they have limited slots to work with, and therefore perhaps can't do two things at the same time? For example, I'm sure they'd love 5 immediate impact transfer OL, and 5 HS recruits on top of that to simultaneously "develop" - but we're not working with infinite spots because we need other players too.

You don't see why we are talking about Auburn's OL recruiting in a recruiting thread on an Auburn sports message board?

The staff does their own evaluations. If it doesn’t match up with the recruiting services it leads to seemingly weird decisions to us.
If they don’t think a guy is good enough to play for Auburn, they aren’t going to sign him.
I literally just said I understand this.

Meta, he isn't going to understand if he doesn't now. I think that's kinda clear at this point
This isn't news. We've been talking about it on here for months
Like I was saying last night, we don't control this shite. We don't get the evaluations and we don't get to add our notes. We're just relaying what we've been told by the paysites
This isn't news. We've been talking about it on here for months

I don’t see why we go round and round in circles on the same topic over and over.

Could you guys go to a chat room and argue there? This isn't the place for it, especially on signing day.

And just for clarity, we had 13 OL on the roster for 2021. If a HS freshman can't add value from one of those guys, them you don't take him.

Yes, I'm aware of how recruiting works.
But you're right, OL has been the glaring weak spot in the program for years now. And yet, nothing has been done to address it. Oh shite, we got another 4* DB? Awesome.

OL talk is fine. NERD is good people. But NERD + Meta = dog chasing tail
Anyway, Camden Brown is next up

frick off. I brought up one guy (Agbo) and two people jump all over me for it.

Can both of you go elsewhere? We all get it I promise.

Our TE commit is saying we'll have a top 10 class by the end of the day.

We land a top 10 class and I will never doubt the Boise Boys again.
