Just looking at numbers now.. We have 16 that signed during the early period and Malzahn said in the press conference yesterday he wants as close to 25 as he can get.. I think we have 1 DB transfer coming in (Kendarian Handy- Holly) so that put's us at 17. Pickens, Moore, Bell, MAR, and Olaseni gives us 22.. Thats 3 spots to find a LB, Cox if he ever flips, and one more guy.

Seriously, can we not get an offensive tackle a Range Rover or something?
Oddly enough we're stacked WR, a position highly under utilized with Gus.

I know right? Kodi may be the best recruiter in the nation.

Sucks. Would have been a great addition to this class and probably had a real good chance to start as a RFrosh.
I hope Gus doesn't go crazy and just signs anyone to fill the need. The interior isnt all that bad. This team needs Tackles more than it needs a head coach.
Hamm, Stutts, Ashley, Irvin and Manning are OG's. I'd bet Hamm turns out to be a good one. Then you're just hoping to hit on one of 4.
I think Troxel will end up starting next year (assuming Tega leaves) but that leaves next to nothing behind him. I also see him more as a RT than a LT. Prince Sammons is only one I think that could handle it.
OL recruiting is going to be Gus' downfall.

Jeff Grimes is an OC now. And I think he steps into too much credit for that senior OL we had in 2010. Those were all BBQ gang recruits.
His AU recruits:
Westerman
Roszell Gayden
Jordan Diamond
Patrick Miller
Shane Callahan
Craig Sanders (went to the DL)
Kozan
Outside of Kozan that’s a pretty rough list
Westerman is starting for the Bengals

We need to talk about the OL more. We can make things better ourselves.

Would’ve been great if he started a while at Auburn. He didn’t do shite in Auburn which is kinda what matters to us here
Talent on that list was not the issue

Putnam said the decision came down to CLEM & FSU. Sited stability as a big reason why he liked Clemson

We just got back from St. Croix --- we thought it would help with the winter, but LOL it may have backfired.
I do the winter vacations at times. They always seem to make me feel that way. I am so happy to get out of the cold and soak up some sun then I have to come back to rainy miserable Georgia weather. Backfires

So the chicken littles cost us a lineman? Funny if true. They are the ones complaining about no OL recruits.

Major portions of the fan base want the head coach and OL coach fired. Pretty bleak outlook if you’re a well recruited offensive lineman
And on top of that, you had beat writers making up shite to feed that portion of the fan base. Yeah, I’d say stability wasn’t a strong playing card this year (which is remarkable considering the HC signed a 7 year contract last year) but I blame 247 and Moon more than fans. What are the fans supposed to believe?

How about don't lose to Miss State and Tennessee and don't let your biggest rival beat you by 30 points.
Gus said twice yesterday in his presser the staff faced a lot of adversity late trying to hold this class together and I thought to myself how ironic that was because it's all self inflicted.

Exactly. The GusShortBus defenders want to blame everyone else, except the shite product placed on the field

As much as we hate it, going 10-4 and 7-5 in back to back seasons shouldn’t be a reason for instability. Brian kelly has a losing season and lost a title 6 years ago.... but he doesn’t have to deal with can constant questions about job security.
Like it or not, the yearly feeding frenzy we create as a fan base (that allows leaches like 247 and josh moon to thrive) hurts the perception of the program.

While that didn't help, the fanbase created the shite storm that ensued after Josh Moon tweeted out "Stoops to Auburn"
Then Marshall and Marcello creating an article about every single rumor they heard.
If people would've used a little common sense and told themselves $15-$32 million is a frick load of money, then it would've minimized the embarrassing 3 week internet circus.
