They claimed on the podcast that Wallace was a Malzahn recruit, I just pointed out he was a Loeffler NSD special
Auburn reporters probably deal with so much shite from stupid fans. I just don't understand how they don't have thicker skin

UGA update on Monty Rice
quote:
Auburn earned that only other official visit based on relationships. Auburn defensive coordinator Kevin Steele and linebackers coach Travis Williams have led the recruiting charge on that front.
“Coach Williams and coach Steele did a good job back in the spring evaluating him but also getting to know him,” Waldrop said. “They’ve formed a relationship with him. I think at the end of it the schools that have been able to form the best relationships with these guys have done the best recruiting them.”
What does Waldrop think?
“I think he may make his mind up after he goes to Georgia,” Waldrop said. “I’d say right now that’s his favorite. His mind may already be made up. I don’t know that for sure, but I have got to think on that Monday after he comes back (from that Auburn visit) he may put something out on social media. He may even do that on that Sunday after he comes back from that last official visit.”

Like yours? LOL.
You are the biggest bitch on this board, outside of Randy Savage (it hurts to assign that name to such a nozzle).
The fact that you wasted enough time to tweet Tate about recruiting, tells me that you have no idea about the subject. The next time Tate gets anything right will be monumental. You may as well follow WarBlogle. You will be more accurate.

Please, give me your best shot.
This board is so full of wanna-bes and former band rejects, I wonder how it has survived.
Thank God for Rocky, and Lanier. Without their humor, this would be like the Vandy board.

I can't wait for JR to recognize how superior he is to this board and stop posting here.

Between him and the guys we were getting CBs for today looks like we may be ready to take some plan Bs. Cause for concern or are these guys legit?
Posted on 11/23/16 at 9:33 pm to RandySavage
I agree we are looking at some plan Bs it seems like but Igbin and Alex Jackson are highly recruited 3*s. We've been on Igbin for a long time
The other options though probably PlanB guys though

The guy that's committing tomorrow just took an OV to Norte Dame a couple weeks ago and has an ole miss offer. He appears to be a legit P5 WR prospect.

We may be in their top group but most of these guys are huge leans to the schools I posted.

Buggs is probably an AU lean if anything.

KN put up list of AU defensive recruits to know
Defensive Line
The ideal situation for AU is a pass rushing weakside DE, a strongside DE & an interior guy. Moultry & Wooten are pass rushing candidates could take the Jeff Holland route. KN says he expects some new names to appear after Sunday when NCAA contact period begins
4* SDE Ryan Johnson - AU considered leader but battling AL/STAN/USC. Grew up AU fan & we were first to offer. Will take official visit soon. My guess is look out for Dec 9th as that seems to be gearing up to be a big visit weekend
3* DT Alec Jackson - Visited for Alabama A&M game & expected back on offiical visit in January. Tigers are trending
4* WDE Jarez Parks - Likes AU but AL considered leader with UF up their as well. FWIW Bama guys seem to think it's when rather than if he commits. AU hoping to get an official visit
4* WDE Isaiah Buggs - LSU still team to beat but coaching uncertainty could help AU. We still in top group & should get an official visit. FWI he is officially visiting Bama for the Iron Bowl
3* DT Tyrone Truesdell - Visited AU recently & we should get an official visit. Honestly I haven't hear much about this kid but he seems to pop up as visitor a bunch. Judging by his visits South Carolina is a big team in play
4* SDE Michael Clemons - Top JUCO SDE moving up on AU's board. Betting if we miss on Buggs we push for Clemons
3* SDE Markel Winters - OM commit that recently got AU offer. He is leaning towards taking AU visit. One of top sack leaders in JUCO
4* DT Aubrey Solomon - Trending UGA & MICH. AU very longshots
Linebackers
AU is feeling real good about where they stand at LB. Goal is to land one more maybe 2 if someone elite wants to jump on board.
4* ILB Tyler Taylor - AU/UGA/OK battle. He is officially visiting Dec 9th which might end up being a big recruiting weekend for AU
4* ILB Nate McBride - Major UGA lean but the Tigers are getting an official visit. The fact he is still interested in AU is all T-WILL
3* ILB Monty Rice - Plans to officially visit AU but right now the Dawgs are the leaders
3* OLB Kendric Haynes - Backup plan if we miss on all 3 above. Not a bad backup plan at all imo
Defensive Backs
AU is doing well in secondary right now with 3 guys on board. Askew projects to CB specifically the nickel spot. Gonzalez is a S while Peters is a swing guy that could play anywhere at DB so AU could take 2 safeties & not worry about another CB. So sounds like priority is just get the best 2 of the bunch listed below
4* S C.J. Avery - AU likes where they stand for Avery. His dad was coached by McGriff so there's a close personal relationship there. LOU/MSST are the other top contenders. He plans to announce December 14th
3* ATH JaTarvious Whitlow - Outstanding ATH that AU likes a lot & he likes AU. Problem is academic concerns. If he gets cleared will probably end up a Tiger. I think he is another swing guy that could play CB or S
4* CB Christopher Henderson - AU made a big impression on recent official visit however UF still looking like the favorite
4* S Devon Hunter - AU in top 3 with VT/UF. The Hokies are still the team to beat. Plans to announce Christmas Eve
3* CB Traivon Leonard - UNC commit that has visited AU a bunch & could come on official
3* CB Ameer Speed - Big 6'3" CB that KN thinks will rise on boards for teams once coaches hit the road next week
4* S Deangelo Gibbs - Always liked AU but UGA hard to beat in this one. Vols also a player I believe
4* CB Brad Stewart - At best AU a 3rd behind LSU & UF. Longshot at this point

BR breaks down where they think top 5* uncommitted prospects will land. They have Devon Hunter as 5*
quote:
High School: Indian River (Chesapeake, Virginia)
Scout Ranking: No. 1 safety; No. 5 overall
Contenders Include: Alabama, Auburn, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia Tech
Coveted defensive back Devon Hunter will provide one college program with an early Christmas present when he announces a pledge Dec. 24, per Michael Clark of Scout. The choice comes down to five finalists—Alabama, Auburn, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia Tech.
A decisive final month of this recruitment will include official visits to North Carolina (Dec. 2-4) and Virginia Tech (Dec. 9-11), according to Clark. Hunter will also travel to Alabama this weekend, watching the Iron Bowl during his stay.
The 6'1", 205-pound prospect has been a paramount focus for Virginia Tech, and he's exactly the kind of elite prospect who could help usher in a new era for Hokies head coach Justin Fuente. The results have been predominately positive for a first-year regime in Blacksburg, and turning momentum into recruiting success would be a sign of greater things to come.
The push for early playing time would probably be more difficult with SEC squads Alabama or Florida, but both schools have been diligent here. If the Crimson Tide manage to bring him on board, it's yet another example of college football's rich getting richer at the expense of others.
Prediction: Virginia Tech Hokies

If it makes you feel better Noah is a 4* on 247 but a 3* in composite. He has legit speed & if he is a plan B is a pretty darn good one.
Alec Jackson has had an offer since March so he has been on our radar. Texas, USC, South Carolina, LSU, UNC & Florida are all recruiting him. I wouldn't call him a plan B. Garner tends to be busy in the spring & then the winter after season ends
