KN saying not to get too excited about Gillins (
) yet as he doesn't have AU offer & might just be visiting to see friends. Ole Miss offered yesterday. Will be interesting to see where this goes. Not sure how I feel about it as Gillins doesn't scream "ready to play" next year either. Also KN thinks we have a great shot at McKitty. It's sounding like an AU/FSU battle. They apparently believe RL who is telling them they will throw to TE more when he gets here. Could flip in January

There's banter out there that AU's compliance office wouldn't allow for Auburn/Gus to bring in Kendal Briles in any capacity and that this may not be helping with Stidham. Who knows if true, but that's the word.

Watched the Whitlow kid from Lafeyette play last night. Kid is dynamic and supposedly holds offer from Auburn , bein recruited as a athlete. But man the kid has some serious attitude. Was a Auburn recruiter was there watching him and a 2018 OL kid from Fyffe.

Some are saying that Sterlin Gilbert (Texas OC) is the choice of the powers that be; but Gus could just promote Herb Hand to OC.
