We focus too much attention on our class and we should be questioning how we develop the talent we do sign.

That's not going to happen til we start hiring and firing coaches based on more than their recruiting skills. Our staff is almost solely made up of recruiters with average coaching skills.

We are a little like UGA in that respect. Its always, more talent, more talent. When if fact, we have recruited very well, according to the rankings, over the last 7 years
How many 4 and 5 star kids are on our team that never contribute. You have to blame the bulk of that on the coaches.
