Why anybody would ever give Lawson a first round or second round grade after being out for the past couple years I will never get. He needs to come back and prove that he is capable of playing most of a season with or without injuries and then he should be ready for the draft. His sample size of film throughout his Auburn career is so small that I don't think his film could even support a first round grade anyhow.

I think there is a chance he leaves. Assuming he is graded high enough. If he comes back and is injured again, he won't be drafted at all.

I agree that he should leave if he gets a first or second round grade. I just don't see him getting that grade if he doesn't play at all this year.

Film is not the be all end all of the draft process. Lawson would do well at a pro day and the combine. They want to know if he can physically play the NFL game.

If a team was sure he would stay healthy, he could go late first.

Unless a team has fortune tellers, how could a team be sure that Lawson would remain healthy? Lol that is just absurd.

Because elite pass rushers are highly sought after. I could see a team like the Bills taking a chance on him.

I could see Lawson getting in the combine and destroying it and getting a second round grade when healthy. Someone will take him.

No GM is going to take a first round chance on a player that has been injured more than he has been healthy. I dont care how great those five sacks and 7 tackles for loss are...

. Why can't we have any Quentin Groves types again? It is crazy how many DE's we used to have, and then all of a sudden we have none

That is what happen when we decided to abandon the state of Mississippi in recruiting.

Eh, not really. Frankly MS hadn't been great recently. Daniels was from MS iirc though.

Elijah Daniels was from Indiana.

So we probably should have seen his behavior coming because I've spent time in Indiana and there's an incredibly high percentage of human trash in Indiana.

GM do inexplicably stupid things in the draft all the time. Tim Tebow was a first round pick.

TVCC sophomore quarterback Jerod Evans from Mansfield set the school record for passing touchdowns in a game with seven in a 61-32 victory against the Kilgore Rangers Saturday.
Internet says Rhett Lashlee went to watch this guy today.
