I don't understand our recruitment of Prestwood at all. A tackle that's going to move to TE? He's not going to be a receiving TE, and we've got plenty of guys who can be blocking TEs.

Not sure why we're going after him if we indeed intend to move him to TE.

Meta four that is an awesome find

Prestwood probably will be an OT but he would be solid as a blocking TE and he has the athletic ability to catch the ball out of that position

This is so stupid. Why do kids do this to themselves? If you're not sure and need a few extra days to think about it, then do that. I don't care if I have called an announcement in front of my school, if I know I've made a mistake and I'm not ready, I'm not going to announce. This is the first day for JUCO kids to sign, not the only day. I understand these guys are early enrollees, but school doesn't start until January. Take an extra week if you need it.

All that said, I hope he signs with us, but man. These dang kids.

I'm not even trying to. I'm just giving a serious Auburn take on the situation, and they are getting really mad. I think I even already said that I thought he was going to UT.

For instance, I tried explaining to them that Auburn loses literally every DL we have currently playing save for Lawson/Adams/Daniel in 2015 (would be Lambert's Senior season) as a rebuttal for the playing-time debate they are banking on.

Yeah, AU has scarred them for life in terms of D-line recruits. They are very sensitive.

The most hilarious aspect is how convinced they are that we are paying everyone, when if you look at their situation you see a HC with next to no experience in the South who came from Cincinnati, a 5-7 record, yet they are battling for the Recruiting National Championship . Butch Jones really has that much pull? Oooooook.

Oh, and their Top Recruiter is none other than Tommy Thigpen who was part of the Chizik staff which VolNation was 100% convinced was paying everyone left right and center.

Same name.

I'm not even trolling. I was on there last year when they were all convinced they were going to get Lawson.

Smith is 2015 EE, will have 3 to play 3. ER will likely not be returning IYAM.

Jason Smith is on track to come to Auburn in 2015. I believe he is redshirting this year and playing next year so he will be ready when he gets to Auburn.
There is talk Ernest Robinson might not end up at Auburn.
Jason wants to be here and will have a spot waiting on him. Robinson, I don't know.

I keep hearing that "cheaters never win" but for some reason that doesn't seem to apply to Auburn.

I think the writing is on the wall with this one. Garner, Auburn...their past history of cheating.. you come to your own conclusion...

But if Auburn steals him, I will be rooting for Texas to show up at Mahlzan's house with a dump truck load of money in the near future.

Oh my..the drama..Wasn't expecting to this one to be a nailbiter until $Auburn$ got involved.

Cheating definitely pays for them. The whole Cam Newton thing and how they got away with that is truly mind boggling. And then the doctoring of Robinson's grades and having some female shool board member or whoever she was take his tests and again nothing happens to Auburn. Someone way high up with the NCAA is flat out protecting that program.

Yeah, its comical. "The doctoring of Robinson's grades"?? It was US who brought forth to the NCAA the fact that his transcript was suspicious. Then he was rightfully named ineligible and as a result of the whole thing we apparently cant even recruit him out of JUCO.

So what happened there? We changed his grades, got him enrolled, then we told the NCAA and he was kicked out of school, and our "prize" at the end is that we apparently cant even sign him again even if we wanted to?

Brilliant VolNation..Brilliant.

Most likely Earnet Robinson is basically Jermey Richardson part two. Will never wear an AU uniform.
