couldnt find a time of the article but this is from Mike Farrell on Evans

It had to be Monday some time. When he was still going to UCLA this weekend. But I wonder how long it has been since his dad told him it would be weird if he picked Bama.

UCLA is in on a lot of big targets this year....They keep recruiting like this, and it won't be long before they're really good again.

No

It was written today and is the main story on rivals main front page

Looks like it was posted at 9 something

Guess Farrell thinks there's still a possibility he goes and that's why it says "on their own dime"

I've been saying for a while though that Evans will not sign w Alabama

Oh. Seems like UCLA would still help get him out there even if he told them tonight. Unless they can't count it as an OV now.

Can't count it as a OV. He already took his OV to UCLA.

FWIW, Auburn still leads for RaShaan Evans, but Alabama has made it increasingly close.

This has a lot to do with Ronnie Clark. Like I said they really like the thought of playing / living together. Evens is trying to get Clark to AU and Clark is trying to get Evens to UA.

was bound to happen as both guys have taken OVs to other schools and are further removed from their OV to auburn.

Smith to auburn just makes since for both side... our offensive style fits his strengths much better than A&M... and we're not taking another OL in this class.

but sumlin is a recruiting machine... and OL is an easy sell for A&M right now.

Nope, not that I know of...

He's the cornerback from Auburn, AL that was committed to UCLA for so long.

UCLA was prob using him as a package deal for Evans and when that fell through, I bet they told him to go elsewhere.

Uhh no. Antreal Allen was dropped by UCLA over a month and a half ago. UCLA is still going after Evans hard despite him canceling his UOV.

Update on RaShaan Evans via Justin Hoke:

RaShaan Evans will still attend the Alabama vs Auburn basketball game with Gus Malzahn, UCLA is scheduled to fly in on their in-home visit on Thursday, Kirby Smart will either visit Friday or Saturday, and Gus Malzahn will still be attending RaShaan Evans' grandfathers birthday. If Kirby Smart decides to visit on Saturday, Alan Evans stated that Gus Malzahn will get last crack at it.

Justin Hoke also believes that RaShaan Evans could make an announcement on Sunday or Monday.
