I'd be fine with that, tbh. Of course that's depending on who we sign.

I don't see Wilkins signing with Auburn. I'd be shocked if he doesn't decommit after his visit this weekend and commit to OM.

If he does, maybe that's good news on Barber?

If Wilkins were to decommit, I wouldn't look at it as positive news with Barber. The new staff hasn't been recruiting Wilkins hard, to my knowledge, and it seems like other colleges have also been turned "off" by his injury. Him ending terms with Auburn has been a long time coming.

agree 100%. I think Barber is a higher priority with all schools recruiting both players.

post from Bryan on the the Alexanders

I think Mackensie and his brother will probably visit Auburn one of the last two weekends. He's (MacKensie) supposed to visit Mississippi State this weekend although all visit plans are subject to change. I don't think it necessarily matters when Auburn offers Mackenro, but if. Of course, they probably need to get it done before Mackensie finishes all his visits.

Derrick Griffin doesn't have any interest in Auburn. Just a guy Johnson met during all-star week.

I will go back and pull my post, but I've thought for a while Barber is at least equal to, if not better a RB than Green.

No need to go back. Your opinion is duly noted and respected.

right, and the fact that Wilkins is OVing at Ole Miss even though Barber is committed could OM feels they may not keep Barber... PB is scheduled to visit Texas this weekend, I believe... will be interesting to see how that goes. Not sure he has an offer or not.

I expect he'll have some assistants with him tonight. I think Michigan is the definite team to beat for Derrick Green but Auburn may have a chance if they can get him down for an unofficial visit. It's probably less than 50/50 it happens.
Bryan Matthews when asked about assistants visiting Derrick Green tonight.

Should be an interesting story after the visit. It'd be hard for me not to commit to Gus Malzahn and his offense after seeing how successful it's been in the SEC.

...or the fact that, you know, you're a die-hard AU fan that wouldn't go anywhere else if you were that kid

But you make a compelling argument. If DG wants to play in the SEC, he's ours. The SEC definitely has sex appeal.

Don't know about any others.

I think that's a given if we just fill up the class.

If Lawson and Bower don't flip we will easily be top 20 if we will the class with 3 stars. I mean shite, most people outside the top 15 fill with 2 stars.

With JJ, JS, CPayne, ER, Bower all pretty highly rated and I'm sure at least 1 or 2 more 4 stars here and there we should be fine.

That is without Foster who would easily push us top 15

I am thinking top 15 on all sites except Scout, which brings our composite industry ranking down. I hate those Thuga lovin tards at Scout.

If a kid signs early, doesn't qualify, goes to prep school and EE, does he just take back his original spot or is he counted twice?

Takes his original spot if he enrolls in January. He counts twice if he enrolls anytime after that.
