Yea he should give a reason. On the AUC site there is a thread that says he said that if chiz is gone then he is gone on a tv station.

Sucks but I would rather have a capable head coach. He might change his mind when the new coach gets here anyways.

Yea I really don't care if a recruit wants chiz to stay or not. I want a new coach.

I'd take that deal in a heart beat. If firing Chizik means losing Jeremy Johnson then so be it.. our coaches haven't proven they can recruit a competent QB yet anyways.

Honestly, I would give up this entire class for a good coach. We are about 75% underclassmen now with kids that every school wanted, we should be capable of bridging over one class without losing a step and it might actually do us good not to take another full class just give a little spacing between classes.

Ya...... except not having a QB in at least this class will make all those underclassmen you speak of go to waste because we still don't have a fuggin QB unless Wallace pans out (fingers crossed he does. I was original bandwagon after brannigan)

JJ is not a pocket passer anyways which is what we need.

I watched the Carver Auburn game on espnu. They were running a read option offense and he had like a 70 yard td run.

Is that not right?

he's more of a pocket QB than a running threat.... but he's an all-state/state champ basketball player, so he's very athletic.

He doesn't have the toughness of a Cam or Connor Shaw, but he's not affraid to run when he needs to.

If JJ can stay healthy and grasp the mental side of things, he'll be a very good college qb (hopefully for AU).

According to the War Room, as long as Chizik and Trooper are here, Liner will stay solid.
