Woltosz 10 million
Very interesting story about the folks that have given so much to Auburn over the last few years including the 10 million for Football.
Walt Wolstosz is a 74-year old Auburn alumnus and father of five.....
Walt’s also a world-famous astrophysicist who is best known for developing Professor Sir Stephen Hawking’s communication system..... “It became a standard joke between us,” Woltosz said. “Because, ‘Stephen, you’re the only one in the world who’s still using this equalizer system.’
His job was to figure out how to get the shuttle from the launchpad into orbit.
He and Ginger started Simulations Plus in 1996, which discovered a way to help drugs absorb into the gastrointestinal tract better. That company became a public company listed in Nasdaq,
They have given a lot to engineering, the Gogue Center, and lots to sports.

Engineering degrees are tough but the payoff is worth it. Great success story.

There are people that DO and there are people that DO NOT. I'm fortunate to know some doers. I'd love to meet this guy.

I was fortunate enough to meet him and his son at an engineering event...may have been a tailgate. I'm not 100% sure. His son is in the film industry like me, so we talked shop a little bit. Good people.

he mentioned he and his son starting a production company in the article... dudes started several successful companies.... very impressive.
