Look at the bright side.

We have the bast damn onside kicker in the league...perhaps in league history.

Matt Ryan looked really sharp imo today and Ridley fricked my fantasy team (Saints fan)

Yeah until we needed him to be super sharp down 2 scores in Seahawks territory. 2 missed throws.

The team as a whole looked terrible. Ryan and Ridley padded stats big time. The defense was lost and clueless. Koetter had a horrible game calling plays.

This team would go 8-8 against air.

That game was lost in the 3rd quarter. Oh well. On to next week.

Funny to watch Brees vs Brady. I’m not sure the media knows who to blow harder so the whole thing feels awkward.
“Brady just ran it in, wow what a drive”
“Sorry Drew, do you forgive me?”
“ Drew on the field to do what they do best, lose playoff games”.

I don't think they looked terrible.

I didn't think this would be a W when looking at the schedule. A few bad calls by ref. (PI against Hurst not called) in key spots and the converted 4th down but then fumble really turned the game.

FIFY. Not gonna win a whole lot of NFL games when you fall behind 14-3. As usual, they looked totally clueless and lost on defense. Wilson just put up one of the all time great QB statlines for an individual game. That shite is inexcusable for week 1.

This looked like the worst team in the NFL today. It's time to launch Coach Bro into the sun and bring someone in who will focus on making the team better instead of trying to be everyone's best friend.

True.
Not gonna lie. TB has a 2000 Miami kinda swagger and I kinda like it. The Saints look confused cause they generally have that vibe but TB is coming out guns fricking blazing. Dick out, shooting everywhere and making sure you ask for forgiveness. I dig the swag.

Ha and then as soon as I say that, TB12 throws a pick and there’s no more swagger. Tampa is gonna be weird to watch all season.

Crowd is just as loud when we’re on offense. We’re so fricking stupid.

They mentioned this during the Tampa-New Orleans game. There's a cap of 75 decibels in the stadiums, or roughly the same as talking in a bar or a vacuum running. It sounds much louder on TV than it really is.

I guess we’re back to having the worst defense in the league again. Maybe it won’t take a 1-7 start before they change things up this time around, but I’m not holding my breath.

It was more than worst defense. This looked like the worst team in the league today. Totally inept on defense and in the offensive playcalling. The secondary is a total shitshow. There isn't a starting caliber corner on this roster right now. Up next is a trip to Dallas with Cooper, Gallup, and Lamb. I am expecting more of the same.

I am, too.

Dirk 2.0 is exactly what I expected - an offense that puts up gaudy passing numbers but can’t finish drives and can’t run the ball.

It’s even sadder that the defense is still so bad. Wilson is obviously a great QB, but this organization has been building this D for Quinn’s entire tenure and the unit once again does not look like it’s comprised of professional football players. That’s on the defensive minded HC.
