Dimitroff is just awful in contract negotiations. He picked up Beasley's 5th year option solely to stay in good graces with CAA, who also represents Julio and Grady. That alone is enough reason to fire him. He just bends over and lets agents/players own him.
Freeman should never have been extended after that bullshite he pulled during Super Bowl week. That should have been the last game he ever played for this franchise.

The defense isn’t bad. They’re just badly coached with no scheme.
What is our defense? Someone tell me. It’s just:
1) pray Grady jarret makes a stuff you the middle
2) pray they fumble or hold
3) watch them get 4-6 yards a play

Same shite every game, open with a decent drive, get behind by halftime, get smoked in the third quarter, then pad stats against a prevent defense in the fourth and say “we came up just short and we will get it corrected.”
