I feel the same. Of course, I've been preparing myself for this. If this all just came out today, I'd be losing my shite.

I'm not that mad at Coppy to be honest. I think he did what he had to do and what several other teams do to sign international guys. Even without these international guys, our franchise is in great shape going forward.

I mean - I'm pretty pissed that he so blatantly cheated and did it so loudly. But, it's hard for me to get TOO pissed when we all know EVERYONE acts shady in the International Signing game. We say stuff like that about college football recruiting, but it's way more accurate about baseball signings. Everyone does it. Hell half the rules are openly broken.
In the end, this sucks, but it does not effect the rebuild one iota. It hurts our deep, deep depth, and some of these guys may turn into really good MLB players in 5 years, but I have a hard time freaking out over that at this point. Coppy created our massive talent pool that was the reason we were able to bring in Anthopolis and has us positioned for the future.
So, I guess if this is the price to pay for having the system that we have overall after the penalties..........sign me up. I'm more than ok with that.

Even after all this shitshow I still dont understand international signings etc. I will just look at how you guys are feeling and mirror that.
