Yep, just glad to get a split. Need to come home and win 4 of 6 vs BAL/CIN.

Head into the difficult July schedule sitting at 47-32 and having gone 10-4 during a stretch against teams we should beat. I'd be ecstatic.

Here he comes back to Gwinnett Stripers (AAA) for one series then back to the Braves (unless he stinks it up I guess) for the series against the reds on Monday:

Who do you think they will send down to make room? Tucker (who i'd vote for), Culberson or Bourjos? Or somebody that doesn't play Acuna's position like a pitcher or infielder? I wouldn't put anything past them.

Soroka got on the DL again and they brought up a familiar faced OF Danny Santana. Here's the lineup for tonight, go Newk and go away rain.

Game got delayed by 10 minutes, wearing throwbacks of course for Hank weekend:

The Braves didn't get a hit until the 4th inning, thanks Ender. Good thing Newk is pitching a shutout as well.

The Braves' bats are still playing down to the worst competition in the MLB. Too bad Newk gave up a solo homer in the 5th

A Swanson triple followed by a Camargo double in the 7th mean it's a tie game.

The Braves put in first time save opportunity pitcher Dan winkler... and he struggled like crazy.

The Braves replaced Winkler with Freeman, 6 runs allowed so far. Except for Minter, the bullpen blows tonight.

The Braves replaced Freeman with Jackson. if he can get the worst team in baseball out then the Braves will just need a grand slam to tie the game in the bottom of the 9th.

What a fricking comeback. I’m not sure my wife has seen me jizz myself while it’s not us, just being honest.

We finally have an enjoyable team to watch. That's all I've wanted from this rebuilding process. A team that plays the game the way it is supposed to be played. This team uses every out and EXPECTS to come back every game.

Also, Freddie can do no wrong in my eyes but I can't help but question making the first out at home in a tied ballgame. I'm also not a MVP callibur ball player. So what do I know.
