Lol!

We seem to come out on fire in the first game of the series. It may happen but if we can keep it close I’ll be happy. If Giannis has a bad game as he is prone to do then it’s a must win here as when he is glowing it’s bad all bad…

They might be disappointed though as they 100% thought they would be in Philadelphia right now and not at home?

We are going to need big Cam Reddish in this series for sure hope he’s back for that HAWK attack!

I thought for sure we were losing by 8-14 pts tonight. At halftime, the bucks looked in complete control. The 3rd period adjustment and making shots won them the game.

Great coaching shifts and adjustments and damn great shooting and rebounding!

Love Nate's in-game coaching.

I swear, and this is off-topic, the reason I'm extremely bullish on the Falcons this year.

COACHING MATTERs.

Let's Go Hawks!!!! Excited to get down to SFA this Sunday. It's going to be an absolute madhouse.

We got Hawks season tickets the year they went to the ECF the first time (2015).

We gave them up for the first year of the rebuild (literally, they were in the middle of renovating the arena and the team at the same time) but got them back when we drafted Trae and finished the renovations.

Even the first 2 years when the records weren't good, you could see the core was something special and fans noticed. There were a few games, ironically, against Philly and Milwaukee during Trae's rookie season when he beat them both on buzzer beaters. The crowds were packed for a lottery team in a way a lot of those "Highlight factory" era Hawks teams used to be 25% empty, and the arena itself was worth the visit.

Playoff tickets are deeply discounted for season ticket holders, I want to say, mine are ~50% cheaper than the listing for face on ticketmaster.

The games I can't make more than pay for the ones I can.

First time in a while I've the "hey man, got any extras" for the Hawks

Near the end of the 3rd when we went on that insane run with Trae just erupting all over the place, my jaw just stayed permanently on the ground.

I've never seen an Atlanta player just absolutely dominate the court like that. Every time the Hawks came down on offense during that run you could just see them flawlessly flowing off of one another, and then Trae would find a way to put the icing on the cake. The mid air lob, the off the glass lob, and the countless 3's were just pure NUT.

Scares me that it took Trae getting 48, 11, and 7 and we still barely won but a win is a win! Only 3 more to go

That’s awesome! I’m not close enough to make season tickets worth it. I’d miss most of the season. I would probably make a playoff game if I could get them for less than a small fortune, but I guess I’ll be happy with TV.

I agree, but we did see that they’re capable even when he’s off. That game 7 win in Philly was a full team effort. Would be nice to get Cam back, but chances aren’t good for that it seems, nor would he be likely to factor in much immediately. We roll with what we got.

Capela matches up with the Bucks so much better than the Sixers. He should have a good series.

I am not sure if we can even play Bogi anymore. His knee looks like it is hampering him too badly.

Trae has the highest basketball IQ in the league. Reminds me of Bird. Collins is a smart player too.

This game is pure fantasticness! We have some players banged up but might have a great one coming back.

Middleton had a bad game and you have to take advantage of that when he does and we did. Tonight all three of their superstars might be spot on and it could be too much.

We have a much better coach and Nates a huge upgrade over buddles who left us for the Bucks.
Even in 2015 the Cavs and Lebron confounded him and that team JR Smith ate our lunch.

The Hawks seem to learn as much now even in a close loss in how to win a series.

The Hawks are contenders one game at a time.

Yep. It happens.

And Trae took full responsibility for last night. That means that he's going off tomorrow night.

Our HAWKS should come into this game fiery and with much adjustments just like they did against the NICKS, & 76rs.

We have youth on our side and better coaching.

Yea, I think with Trae's injury and this last loss, the Bucks have figured the Hawks out. I think the ride is coming to an end but they had a good run.
