As any of our coaching staff. Watching him sit there smiling like a dumbass the past 2 games while our basketball team struggles is the straw the breaks the camel’s back(after doubling down on Pittman). When are we going to admit that he’s the assclown who can’t reign in the BoT and boosters to make positive gains. Ffs. Our basketball NIL is shite for what we are. Sick of being behind the game in every aspect because of moron administration and good ole boys not knowing how to make decisions and execute long-term plans for success. But go capital one cup!!!

There are plenty of reasons to dislike HY without being mad at him for trying to project a positive attitude. You want him to toss a chair on the court or something

You want him to run out onto the court or something?

I want him to look like he knows what his job is and not act like a smiling tard when we’re losing to Penny Hardaway. When we’re not winning in multiple sports, his job is to figure out why and fix it. Or is that not his job? There is no selling a shite program that celebrates a losing culture.

Yes because getting angry & upset, not showing emotional stability, is what a leader does

Well we’ve been to the 2nd weekend in the tournament 3 years in a row. Consistently recruit as well as anyone. But since we lost a tough game to a good team, he’s supposed to go down an chew out Muss?

This is an overreaction. I’ve had my fair share. Have a beer or two and sleep on it

I like him but I’m currently a bit confused at what he’s doing. He’s either having trouble raising money or he’s willfully tying himself to a losing coach. Both options are bad.

The great ones do exactly that. Just throwing this out there, I think Musselman could make a great AD. We need the our next Frank Broyles more than we need a great basketball coach right now.

Eh I just don’t like going with the coach to AD route. Mississippi State did it with Cohen and then he left and now they want to fire their baseball coach (who only has a ring because of COVID)

Agree with first part of statement and second part is old-school and would love for something like that to work with us but we don’t have anyone currently that fits the bill. Guys like Frank were/are a rare and dying breed. Most people now want an AD that panders to them as opposed to makes tough decisions that lead to desired results. That’s the disconnect and delusion that we live with within our entire athletic program’s culture and it’s something fans now embrace like they’ve got Stockholm Syndrome and have lost so much they have to keep finding ways (even subliminally to justify bad performance, delude themselves into thinking previously applied failed methodology will work “this time”, etc).

Nothing captures the joy of being an Arkansas fan like someone saying that an early season loss against a good team means we need to fire everyone involved despite making the last 3 Sweet Sixteens in basketball.

Even The Dude has his limits with these Nihilists in our AD.
