Yep, we worked ourselves into a frenzy over message board rumors and national media reporting confirmation that the things we were saying had some merit. Let's not forget that Wolken and other national media people were reporting the talks too, something happened.
It just wasn't a "done deal" like the message boards ran with. I'll be curious to see how it all shakes out now that our beliefs have been proven inaccurate.

Beebe.. I agree to some point, but as I posted in another thread.
This is a dumpster fire of a program.. if we don't get this right at this point in time, it will be done for another decade. Some excitement must happen to get better recruits, to put butts in the seats. We are going to bleed $$$$ for another several seasons without it. FWIW

I don’t think so, he just has very limited experience as a HC and no experience in rebuilding a program. He stepped into an already established program at App St.
