Wow. I guess we don't recruit WR or OL anymore.

This is just pitiful. I've had enough of the Bret Bielema era.
OL is in shambles. WRs are below average. We're wasting a talented 5th year SR QB. And we still can't kick FGs.
Year 5 is off to a crappy start. I predicted 6-6, but I'm beginning to see 4-8 or 5-7. Gonna be a rough year in the SEC.

Our offensive line guru of a head coach is trotting or an offensive line that features:
- a converted defensive tackle
- a true freshman walk on
- a former walk on
- a left tackle who couldn't start for UCA.
He either sucks at recruiting, evaluating talent, or developing talent, but any way you spin it it's completely on him.

We have big time o line recruits. Unfortunately after being coached up by Bert for a couple years, they are susceptible to being beat out by true freshman walk ons

That's the thing that aggravates me.
Guys like Merrick and Wallace were big time gets in recruiting, and they're being bypassed by walk-ons and a converted DT. Tells you all you need to know about Bert's inability to develop offensive linemen here.

Who was horrible today. The line pass blocked very well. They got soft practicing pass blocking all off season. Now we can't run when the running backs are our strength. Its not Austin and the wrs.

Pass blocking sucked last year. It sucks so far this season. Allen with 4 senior WRs last season was pretty good even if he got sacked and hit a lot. This group of receivers are doing him no favors.

Pass blocking was decent today I thought. They gave Austin time. Run blocking was horrific outside of one drive though.

I could be wrong, but it seems like I remember Allen rolling out of the pocket a lot today to have time to throw the ball. This new crop of Receivers don't run their routes or get open very well.

The recievers suck but our offensive gameplay was really really really bland. Run run pass punt no matter how bad we were running. And same terrible crossing routes for the most part. Tcu had no respect for the deep ball
