I admit I've seen a lot worse then that. Kid should not have been behind the wheel, but at least he seemed to realize just how badly he had made a mistake.

I’m just glad I grew up in a time before cameras were invented.

It does vary and it still surprising that some agencies choose not to use video equipment in conjunction with traffic stops—the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is a notable example.
