Point I was making, it only takes winning one game for some folks to chill the frick out...

Some are freaking loony regardless.

BUt, I was honest when speaking of KY, this is the worst KY team we have faced in years, and by far. WE BETTER WIN!

Only one person said Frank Martin as an option and it was downvoted to hell. "Just when I think this fanbase can't get any dumber."

Its always quite after a win around here. Full retard after loses. Rinse. Wash. Repeat. Pointless to even discuss it anymore.

Goodwin's KY team was worse, IMO.

I take it you weren't in the Oklahoma State thread, then.

I don’t think this Kentucky team is as bad as the NIT team. I think they’ll go dancing and make the second round. They just haven’t looked consistent this season. Hopefully we can catch them flatfooted at home.

You realize we lost the first game of February after you posted that to LSU and finished beating the three worst teams in the league for this run.

It's sad that Anderson digs his way out of a hole every season. So to you it looks like he's a miracle worker but to normal people it looks like he took a top 15 talent team and squeezed them into the tournament.

Teams peak in January.

Arkansas isn't one.

Win or lose against Mizzou, the latter half of conference play has been impressive. We started out poorly after the Tennessee win, beat up on the easier part of the schedule to get back in the thick of it, and have been playing better the last half to third of the conference season.

On a weird note, does anyone feel like the SEC might be a little overhyped as a bball conference this year? We are clearly better than in years past, but are we really that good overall? I would say the bottom of our league is pretty good for cellar dwellers, and the top of the league is solid (assuming Auburn is healthy), but I’m still unsure about the middle of the league. TAMU, Alabama, Florida, And Kentucky haven’t impressed me, and frankly I don’t think we played that consistently for a large portion of the season.

I think the SEC is much stronger than it has been, on par with the upper echelon conferences in college basketball. Problem is that we have beaten the crap out of each other and here we are with those who were on fire injured, etc.
