I think the major difference is that he routinely emphasizes that he is going to win with the current roster and not wait until he recruits better talent. His message to the guys is that you're good enough and we're good enough to win now.

There.... back to normal. Pittman showed the truth --- if you show the team that you love them ----- that you care about them ---- that you aren't sandbagging the QB position to get your son the starting job ----- that you aren't jet setting back to Dallas instead of travelling with the team ---- that you f'n give a darn.... that's all it takes! All it takes for what? To look at least respectable on the field. And as sad it may be. As much of it might be a "looser's mentality" that's all we've wanted recently. To not be a joke on the football field.
I have no clue how the rest of the season will go. Auburn - even with the Morris anchor - will be tough. They recruit elite talent. But I just knew that we were good enough to break the streak and we did. GO HOGS!!!
