Dude, separate the two thoughts for a moment. Why do you believe that I cant be happy for our team winning and also want our team to be coached better, have better talent, and achieve more.

Well, that wasn't really what we were discussing, but I guess you could say I said that. I mean, if you think the players should be pleased with themselves, flexing, posing, thumping their chests and celebrating after a come from behind win against a team like Coastal Carolina, then you really can't say you expect Arkansas to compete with Alabama with a straight face, can you?

not at this time... no... however, let em experience a bit of joy and build upon what they can. Now, they still are not exclusive regarding the future...

Let's give them a trophy too. For taking until the final drive to beat a team we paid 1.5 million dollars to come play us.

They shouldn't be happy, they should be super pissed at themselves for sucking so badly and embarrassing the fan base on a weekly basis.

They get free college to perform and they aren't. 6 year old kiwanas football is about "fun". This is about winning, playing hard, playing to your ability and execution, nothing else. Grow a pair or start rooting for Mizzou. Ironically, they're going to kick the shite out of us.

And to your earlier point about it being sad I'm rooting for the team I "chose" to lose. I didn't choose them, I was born here, got 2 degrees and it is what it is. I don't have a choice.

How does it feel to be the new snowflake team of the SEC?

ohh for frick sakes...

Just bring in bro.. Get all of your pent up anger and frustration out on me. LET IT OUT!

Dude, I am pissed as well but understand what it is to be coached by complete morons. Like they have any control over Hammonds not being utilized more, and our Kicker not being used until after... nevermind.

It doesn't matter until they can get a change at coach. They cant call their own plays, they cant change the downward spiral of this crappy season unless they have some emotion and even then it is a small chance of it happening.

So, yeah... The small joys should matter to keep them together.

I have had major health issues in my family, when you get through one kind of sickness long enough to be pain free and experience some really nice small family times. It matters.

It really isn't any different. This football team is sick with a disease, one small step forward... although miniscule .. matters. FWIW

Yes, its the coaches faults we let Coastal Carolina put 38 on us..

Comparing our shitty excuse for a football team to a family illness? I think you're the one with issues man. Glad those worked out none the less but get a grip.

Illness is terrible, especially with family but we simply have a shitty football team. I don't see any relevance between the two.

Zero change I'm ever going to be happy about getting taken to the wire by a team like that, at home, on homecoming.

too much pride for that. Am I miserable about it in the rest of my life? Lord no. but when coming here to discuss the Hogs, I'm going to call it like it is and not sugarcoat how terrible this team is and that the players share some of the blame.

They're not "kids". They're young men. Have some accountability because the real world is a year or two away and will eat you up and shite you out real quick.

Thanks... yep, I have issues.. I was making an indirect correlation that somehow went above or under your head. What sort of fellar are you... Short/tall?

Point being, yes it is sickening and mediocrity is a sickness in any organization (Being proverbial here) it digs itself in to the deepest core and sucks any life left out of one. If it is allowed too. CK was the only one showing any fire a couple of weeks ago and the team fed a little off of it. By God they need something to feed off of, because the coaching staff sucks.

We can agree to disagree... and can I borrow some tissues for my issues please...

Snowflake.

And don't get me wrong, I'm fine with fire, but there's a right way to do it and a wrong way.

Kissing your bicep after getting taken to the wire by CC community college aint it.

I'm just from a different era I guess. (I'm 29).

LINK

I don't know if the link will work, but some Hog fans need to read it. Baker Mayfield has created some waves with celebrations after wins. No celebration at Oklahoma State. Winning there is expected.

Dude, I can guarantee you I am not a snowflake, not antifa or blm, or... etal...

But, if it makes you feel better being a jerk... carry on.

We all must find our places in this world.. you fit in well being you.

Our players were bouncing around laughing their asses off having a big ole' time on the sidelines over a 1 point come-from-behind victory over Coastal fricking Carolina. The complacency that has sunk into our program is at an all-time high. Absolutely ridiculous.

Holy shite....Hogville stupidity has infected the board.

Really...we are upset that players care and are emotionally invested in the game???

And don't give me shite about "Bama wouldn't do it"....Bama damn sure would if they were a 4 win caliber team as we are now. Its called perspective.
