Going back and watching that play has really hurt. If he just flips it to DJ we win but he never even looks that way.

Yep, think a lot of people missed the shovel pass read he coulda walked in.
But watch our LT #76, doesn't block at all unabaited to QB so I think that's why KJ immediately bailed out and shovel wasn't an option.

Going for the win given the situation. We hadn't stopped them the entire game. We were going to in OT?

Yeah I failed to see the issue with the call. Their offense was smoking so take the shot when you have the shot.

Still not happy with the call but at least I'm not Bleached Tusky so I've got that going for me.

Hogs had over 600 yards of offense. We only had to get 3 yards to win.

Yea the play call wasn’t the issue. It would have worked had our guys done their assignment

I would rather put the game on Jefferson's legs, maybe an option play at the outside. But, it was what it was. No questioning going for it.

I would have had a bunch set up top and 16 alone on the bottom hash. Had KJ in the gun with 20 to his bottom side. Bring 16 in motion towards the bunch, which gets a defender following him across the formation…QB read with 20 and KJ pulls and runs to the side 16 originally occupied. Would be one on one with KJ. KJ likely wins that 3 yard battle.
