Do we begin to worry that there hasn't been a new contract for muss?

I'm not worried yet but everyday I get a little closer.

Once he gets the transfer stuff situated he’ll finalize a contract. I’m sure there is some dickering over how much but he ain’t leaving Arkansas this year.

I must of missed the job openings that are better than Arkansas that have not been filled as of this date.

Maybe we finally have an AD that relies on more than knee jerks for decisions.

Muss and HY both strike me as super professional. I would be shocked if the contract negotiations aren't being handled in the most appropriate manner by both sides. He's in the middle of building a final four run, let the man focus.

Someone on Twitter claimed today that Muss' contract is already signed and that not a single Arkansas media member has bother to file a FOIA request to find it.

Take it for what's it worth. There's some posters on 247 who are also claiming the deal is already done and Muss/HY don't want to announce it yet.

Seems like a total bullshite theory, but with Muss doing what he's doing in the portal, the man is clearly not going anywhere.

The only job openings that should really scare anyone are the big jobs out west. Mainly UCLA and USC (possibly Oregon because of the potential money factor), but those all look to be in very good-great condition going forward.

San Diego State could be a player, in theory, I guess, but that feels like a close to retirement type of gig.

I have been told that it has been agreed upon and is now with attorneys/agents etc.

The hogpod tonight had muss saying he was here to win more than an elite 8.

What was Muss talking about last week when he said Hunter was jumping up and down on the phone halfway through a call. I took that as the most he could say without outright saying it.

UCLA announced their coaches extension.

I get what you're saying but it's not that crazy of a question.

According to pinto, there is a contract out to Muss but he hasn’t agreed to it as of yesterday. That probably explains why Arizona is now saying he’s had conversations with their AD about their opening. My guess is to pressure us in to whatever the hang up is.

Maybe the buyout? Arizona is in a very vulnerable position right now and may be giving insane incentives.

Between ticket sales, fan gear, and concessions muss easily pays for whatever crazy incentives he wants. Hell make it double each time each achieves one in a row for all i care
