Tutt I heard was supposed to play. I've heard either starter, or would have been good depth.

I'm not sure where he would be because of the conflicting things I've heard, but I was under the impression he would start at first. Either way he is a big body guy and won't hurt to have him.

I think we hsve the pieces to have a solid season and be upper tier SEC. We have as much talent as ever actually on campus.

Saw a vid of him today one step jumping 60"

Does that make him a good CB, but athleticism is pretty damn good.

I think that whole group will take another step

I would agree with this. Bielema is recruiting better than anyone before but him here but he can't seem to put it all together yet. Worst case scenario is that the next coach comes in to a very talented roster.

Thought about this numerous times. Bret might be the newest Danny Ford for us.

Surely so. Bret might put it all together here soon. It took pinkel 7 years at mizzou. It took briles like 5 at Baylor before they started winning big. In fact he regressed at one point 2 years in a row i believe before making a huge jump.

I believe Bret is building the team the right way, and is recruiting better than anyone previous. He just has to stop stepping on his own dick and win 9 games or 10 with a bowl and our recruiting will take another step.

I think people undervalue consistency with today's coaching regimes. The win now mentality doesn't allow a coach to build a foundation as it once did.

The part im loving is we take care of the kids that get processed and keep talent on roster for 3 or 4 years consistently. This is how you stack a team. Petrino had dome real players but we were always thin somewhere because half of them couldnt play or got kicked out.

You're right. We undervalue how Bert consistently underperforms

Hes got a lot to prove and needs to put up or shut up. I think he puts up soon. A few stars around decent well positioned depth wins ball games. We just need everyone in position and ready to go. Then you feed the stars and watch the magic happen

I don't go into the seasons with expectations being much.

That way, when they do meet my expectations or, in some seasons, actually exceed them, that makes me feel somewhat better.
