I feel like a Cheeto eater by passing along info from Hogville, but the source is solid.
I saw them practice a couple weeks ago. Rafe has not improved at all on seeing the field. He simply needs to go be an option QB at Georgia Tech or something.

Yea bullshite. There's no rumor I just called sports time and told them rafe was a career backup.

Yeah he's a good kid but if he couldn't make the number 2 on this roster, he may be gone. Kelley is the future the coaches seem to predict.

This morning they basically said that the staff wants more from him but he keeps having back spasms and issues that keep him from practicing fully.
